Just drove by this area from Bruneau to Murphy on the 78. Beautiful area with the snow covered Owyhee Mountains. I never knew these massive fish were in this area!

this catch is not just a beauty or a fantastic one at that, its also mind🤯blowing as well.
I never thought sturgeons got this big, I'm being very serious.
I never fished for them and where I live all we have is a small stream to fish for trout and that's it. Congratulations on catching this one.

Will be picking some of that stuff up!! Great catches. Can't wait to catch my first sturgeon out of the snake. Were you guys an hr west or south of boise? New to the area and caught some cat fish and hunted ducks off the snake. The river has lots to offer..I love it.

Show me some big fish,I catch sturgeon with my eyes closed here in San Pablo Bay and 7to8 footers and have them in the boat less then 20 min . Best angler in Cali no fish will never spool me or break a leader
