While this is intended as a quick overview to familiarise yourself, I will shortly be doing an in-depth blog to expand further (including links to CVF competencies and values)... watch this space! This video is more to get you thinking about what the terms mean and relevant research, given that DEI is increasingly becoming central to police promotion interviews in particular. For example, one southern force holds an Equality & Diversity pre-board of dedicated questions (examples of which are in my Interview Success guide), before the main interview board! This inspired me to add this free content for all aspiring UK police leaders.
