    Another great video here…. Thank you..These videos are like gold dust. I think that your Mnemonic ENAMEL fits nicely here in answering this question. You can go broad and then be laser focused on your own leadership with how it links to the role and an example with some learning after. I think the EMAMEL mnemonic is probably one of the best question answering tools I’ve seen. Thank you Steve. 👍
