I would agree using traditional tuner is faster and this thing is probably of no use to an experienced musician. But for me as an intermediate player I do find some uses like being able to store alternate tunings. Also, I have never once broken strings while tuning after I got the Roadie 3. It's still not essential and just sits in my drawer, but when I change strings, or go to alternate tunings, it comes handy.
I use my daddario 360 all the time and have a couple snarks. It was just kinda crazy to me that it has all these 5 star reviews that it works so well and it doesn't
