  • Our verdict of the Vankyo Performance V630 Full HD Projector: A good entry-level projector, with a decent projection quality and built-in speakers. It's not ideal for gaming, you won't enjoy 4K movies, but for almost everything else the Vankyo V630 is a good value choice.

They are good.projectors for the money. I have the cinemango and the only difference really in-between these two models is screen resolution size. The cinemango max screen size is around 122inches. It's really crisp and clear and was super easy to set up for both gaming and streaming. I'm happy with what I have and was only around $100USD at Walmart.

Nooo !!!!...when using SD or USB and you see the preview...simply press the play/pause middle top button on the remote control for full screen !!! 😲😲😲

Lol. Yeaha, its the same on most of those browser interfaces - it can be a bit annoying and one of those thing that can pass ya by! Just ordered one of these to get me through lockdown.

I agree that the interface is awkward and a bit tricky to navigate, but rather than leave a dislike I'd prefer to mention that the little box you saw is actually just a preview window. It comes from pressing OK on the file, and essentially adding it to the playlist. It doesn't actually launch the file. You need the play button for that.

What about input lag? Since you were playing a first person shooter, I'm curious how was the response or was it lagging. Thanks for the video, I'm looking into getting a projector, and it would be nice to play FIFA/PES, or Counter Strike occasionally..
    Cheers!

What is up with the out of focus image quality while you're gaming? Is it really that bad or is it poor camera focus?

Yeh, that's our bad, crappy focus.

I wonder what it would look like shining next to an open window on your standard cloudy day.

Been looking at a lot of these 1080p Amazon projectors and it is so difficult to work out if they are of acceptable quality or not. I'm sorry to say that the gaming examples shown in your video showed severe blur in the corners, especially with text and maps etc. I am surprised no one else watching it has picked up on it. I do wonder if it is because you had to rely heavily on the keystone adjustment feature, and if projecting it straight on would make for a much better quality image. Good video though, I enjoyed it. A lot of reviews of these cheaper projectors are very general and you are left not knowing whether these are worth the risk or not. :)

Yeh, you have to be careful at this ultra budget end as many don't actually project at HD, rather they just "accept HD input". I'd recommend a short-throw Optoma projector if your budget can stretch a bit beyond this, something like the GT1080: www.amazon.com/dp/B07W62S2SJ/

Oiii, pega filme em 3d ?

Don't buy this for watching 3d movies, even if it does support it, the brightness will be haved, and haf of very little is even worse.
