This video was directed, filmed, produced, edited and starring Kie Willis. Also featured in the video are Will Sutton, Tim Shieff, Pip Andersen and Karol Mitcha. The whole video was filmed on a Canon 550D with an 18-55mm and 50mm lens. It was edited using CS5.5 Premiere Pro and After Effects, and colour corrected using Magic Bullet Mojo and Colourista. The time lapses were all shot in RAW format and imported into Photoshops RAW editor to batch edit them. They were then imported into After Effects to make the final clip and then colour corrected in Premiere to match the rest of the video. Thanks to everyone who helped to make this especially Will! The best video i have ever seen.
It looks like it was a time lapse shot and a shot of kie doing the action from the same angle then kie's action is masked out and put in on top of the time lapse, mask was animated because the clouds are still moving. It was extremely well done and gave me a bunch of ideas :)

Wow amazing jumps, fantastic vid
If you have a video as your source material right-click on it in the timeline choose "time" and then "enable time-remapping". You can then set keyframes and move them so that the footage gets either longer or shorter. It's easier to use Premiere Pro for that though. If you have a row of images I also personally prefer to use Premiere Pro. You can set the duration of images in the general settings menu to like 2 or 3 frames. But do so before you import the images.

You can get really nice slowmo shots from the 550D if you use it in the 720p 50fps mode. To make it look even slower you can use the Twixtor plugin for After Effects.
