So I recently started reading Audre Lorde's book, "Sister Oustider" and in the first chapter she is describing her trip around Moscow, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, etc. Then she mentions the Tomb of Bebe and the mausoleums and mosques and how absolutely beautiful they are. So, of course, I had to see what the rave was about. Fortunately, there are so many videos on TH-cam with vloggers such as yourself touring the beautiful land and educating us while doing so. I must say, I agree with Ms. Lorde, Uzbekistan is beautiful. I must visit one day!

It's great to know that you enjoyed your trip to Samarkand, Matt. It look like the city was crowded by tourists at that time. It's hardly possible to spot a tourist here these days.
I'm hoping to see more from your Central Asian traveling experience!

I'm planning on creating a specific program on TH-cam, on the topic of tourism, history and geography. It'll cover everything a tourist might need to know before traveling to Central Asia. I'd very much like to know what you think of your travelling experience in Central Asia.

Hello Matt! I watched your videos, your videos is best. I have some questions.
    How safe was Uzbekistan?
What you didn't like in Uzbekistan?
How hard was to communicate with people?
For your next visit in Uzbekistan what you want to see?
What more has to do Uzbekistan government for tourists?
Did you recommended Your friends to visit Uzbekistan?
    Yes I'm from Uzbekistan. 🇺🇿+ 🇺🇸

Thanks for watching Olim! I felt very safe during my time in Uzbekistan and I really enjoyed visiting your country. Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the locals as I don't speak the local languages in Uzbekistan, but with translation apps on my phone, it worked out well most of the time. I would definitely recommend people to visit Uzbekistan and I hope to come back sometime in the future!
