I think the biggest issue with the Nama is the warranty. A 2-year warranty on parts for a juicer that cost upwards of $500, to me just doesn't make sense. Nama has to do much better than that.
Yup I think I'm getting the J2. It seems like its a lot more time saving than most juicers thats on the market, and that will keep me motivated to keep using it without it collecting dust on my cabinet

The juicer doesn’t make the fruit taste different. The pineapple was probably more ripened on the j2. Although the J2 looks to be the better juicer of the two the only way to do a true comparison is to cut the same fruits in half for each one.. Just a suggestion
Although no expert I tend to agree, dont both machine's run at 43 rpm? Also, I would have stirred them before tasting as the juice didnt come out in the same order which may have made a difference to taste? Your video was lovely and you do look a picture of health..🌴

I had tasted the Juice from the Omega vertical juicer and it tastes very sweet, crisp compared to the omega horizontal juicer. I don't have the J2 Nama juicer. I only believe if I can test myself of both machines.

Unfortunately the Nama J2 has very wet pulp and extremely thick juice that I had to strain 4-5 times to get it to a smooth juice consistency…the excessive pulp left over after straining was shocking so I’m going back to the vitality 5800
What were you juicing?! I have never had that happen! I juice tomatoes and all kinds of things and definitely made mush in the omega! Did you juice old apples??
@@TheRAWVeganFamily no I always use fresh produce and have been juicing for a very long time and I am unfortunately not the only one complaining about these issues…I have juiced several things in this juicer with the same result…for those of us who strain our juice noticed the big difference in pulp left behind in the juice….maybe try straining your juices so you can see the excessive pulp that is still in the juice…my friend also bought one and it does the same thing…I guess if people don’t mind a very thick juice consistency this machine will be fine, but for those of us that prefer a very fine juice it won’t deliver….I do not like a lot of pulp in my juice because then I’m defeating the purpose…maybe just try straining the juice after so you can see what’s left over

Thanks for this comparison video! Am about to start a big juice cleanse and was gonna get a Greenstar, but as fortune would have it the Nama J2 just came out, so now I'm changing my mind cause of it's ability to batch juice.
So the taste thing does not prove anything. The Omega could have had a flavorless pineapple and could have effected the flavors. A true test would have been to mix the fruit weight it and then evenly separate it and juice it. I love it just depends what your lifestyle is like. The Nama seems a lot faster but is also more expensive. The Omega has 15 year warranty vs the Nama which does not. Its a tough choice.
Ah this is a good point except from then on we used the nama and being liquidarian at the time, we definitely noticed ALL juices tasted better. We were very happy to say the least.

I think the Omega produced more foam as you really have to go super slow with it. The juicer is better too. I like how practical the Nama is though. I have psoriasis and are trying heal my body through diet so i am planning on juicing a lot.

There's quite a lot of videos on the popular Nama J2, but it is disturbing to see many people with faulty parts and claiming warranty replacements, given this juicer is so new. I wonder if it is user error or weak points in the juicer ?
The juicer is not the highest quality but it is the most efficient for the cost. I had parts break that don't matter. Customer service is wonderful. And the higher quality juicers are way too damn slow. This one is still my preference. I've been using it all day every day for over a year now without any new parts. It still gets the job done in record time and is the lowest maintenance. My clients agree.

I have had the Omega VSJ843 for 8-9 yrs and it recently died on me so I bought the Nama J2- sorry but the J2 doesn't compare to the Omega when it comes to juicing greens. the pulp on the J2 is much wetter - I'm returning it. the reason the juice tastes different is because Omega is much better at getting the juice out of the kale

I’ve never had a ceramic knife even remotely compare to a MAC or Shun or perhaps another high quality folded steel. I have found ceramic to be less than half as sharp and I find myself getting super frustrated with the force that is needed to cut veggies. What brand of ceramic are you using? My friend, you are misled. First of all the reason why smoothies are not incorporated in a juice fast is because you simply wouldn't be able to consume all the nutrients that you can in a juice. For example you could not make a smoothie with 10 apples and drink it and still feel good. You would be very very full with all of that fiber. Also your body needs to digest the fiber. When you do a fast, the body needs a break from digestion. Juices simply cross the bloodstream effortlessly without any energy used by the body. This allows all the time for your body to get to work healing itself. The body is in fact a self-healing organism which needs only a break from all the eating we do to go ahead and get to work. You are very sadly mistaken about the sugar as well. Sugar and fruits is the best fuel for ourselves. As we are in fact frugivores. I can recommend some accounts to educate you on Instagram @rawbymara @fastingwithtrevor Also go ahead and check out Dr Morse's videos. But the way I am convinced is just by how I feel. The fruit juice makes me feel magical but better than I have even as a child. Simply watch my transformation I have only been on fruit juices for the last 8 months. We were born with teeth to chew food not drink it. Mother Nature gives up fruits and vegetables with the nutrients and fiber you need. You are removing all this with your juice.that’s just fact. I was a raw vegan for 4 years meaning I ate only real living foods and I still had all this waste inside of me, imagine what everyone else has.

THE WORST JUICER The WORST JUICER. I'm not kidding when I use this dramatic title. Let me begin.... Summary : INFERIOR juice yeild as compared to my humble 8 YEARS OLD BREVILLE JUICE FOUNTAIN.... Found after a small test the juice fountain yields 20% more juice than the expensive omega piece of crap juicer.... So many parts SLOW juicing time. It took me an hour and 15 minutes what I could do in 15 minutes with my juice fountain.... The pulp that comes out of the omega piece of crap juicer is WET.... totally what I wasn't expecting.... The good things about it were it's quiet, no froth and juice tastes nice.... But the trade off its so hard to use, clogs up, and takes an ETERNITY to make any juice and you get 20% LESS juice yeild than a standard centrifugal fast juicer. Screw you OMEGA your vertical slow juicer is just that SLOW, crap and A waste of money and energy. Purchased in Sept 2024.

I just bought my Nama J2 and it’s simple to use and easy to clean. Makes juicing effortless and fast. Make as you go. I really like this product.

You have 15year warranty on the omega ..they would have sent you a brand new one on questions asked ..you dropped the ball big time on that one
