I know I won't ever have enough time to visit all the places in Japan that I'd like to, so as a car enthusiast as well as someone that is fond of Japan and Japanese Culture/Ethics, I appreciate you bringing it to us.
Waiting for HKS tour and review. Tomei Powered, Nismo Omori Factory, Spoon Sports and Mine's Motor Sports Are all in my favorite tuners list all are legendary and unique.
I'm always impressed on how the shops actually look, always old buildings, with old interiors, but they let there work speak for them and don't try to impress others with fancy showrooms, gotta respect that. (reminds me of my home country)
What's next maybe Blitz, Greddy Trust, or HKS? 👀 Really enjoy the content guys, it's great getting to here from the owners in the interviews. It gives a different perspective on their philosophy of the parts they make, and how to apply them.
Me and a mate did the japan trip and just rocked up in the week. We hung around the show room and had a staff member come ask where we were from (Australia) explained we traveled to look at our fave tuning shops. We then got a full factory tour and met the boss! They were so friendly and welcoming!! Was unreal!
I love the Mines cars & products, I had a R33 gtst about 18 years ago and across the bonnet it had the large "Mines" signature that had been clear coated over . I later found out by the then owner that the ecu was mines also .
Once again, thank you for taking us deeper into the JDM world. This was a yet another great episode! I have a lot of respect for the concept of balance as it applies to cars and motorcycles both. Speaking of balance, maybe in a future episode you could go into more detail regarding the balancing and blueprinting of engines as provided by outfits such as Mines and/or others.
I love that Mine's and Spoon are the leaders of tuning in Japan, but I put Mine's above because they make such radical and discreet preparations that it makes you become a professional driver when you sit behind the wheel of some of their Radical Skyline GTR and GTR R35, their phrase of "Total Balance" takes it to a level that very few companies in the world can match, excellent video and greetings from Venezuela
Visited the Mine's shop on a business trip in December 2011 and got a passenger ride in the R35 GTR as well with Niikura-san! Car accelerated so fast that the toll-booth card got launched into the back seats where we couldn't reach it. He forgot his wallet in the shop so I had the honor of paying the toll for the car on the way back :D Got invited to a tire-test the next day at Tsukuba to see the R34 in action, one of the best trips of my life, filled with those things that I will always remember and treasure!
@JDM Master you talked about Late Paul Walker you deserve 1,000,000 likes🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 greetings to all Subaru culture over there African|Uganda we are watching
I remember when Mines came to Sema... but somehow their booth was like in the tools section and didn't have much attraction... they did bring their R35 gtr and allowed my wife to sit in and take an awesome picture!
@@scottjohnson7373 Hahaha I see your point. I don't really mind but my main concern was actually addressed in this video: People that buy Skylines and fill them with 1000hp. Happens in the UK a lot and it grinds my gears. Thus, the availability decreases, demand rises and the price becomes ridiculous for a model that hasn't been taken advantage of. Our main classifieds in the UK for cars is called 'AutoTrader' and on there is a Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec currently selling for 119K (GBP) or 16.2 million Yen(They claim it's 1 out of 80 UK spec model and in Lightning Yellow). To me, that price is crazy. To your point, I agree with you however if everyone is buying JDM cars and looking after them, sourcing quality OEM parts and catering to all aspects of the vehicle and not just performance, then I truly don't mind saving up my money to get something I can cherish and take care of.
@@conradbenjamin7739 Yeah i agree 100% the prices for 34gtr's is crazy and they aren't worth that kind of money, same goes for 32gtr's. Now i'm seeing it for toyota chasers which have shot up in price to ridiculous money. Yes a lot are thrashed and used for drifting but there is a hell of a lot of chasers around so they shouldn't be pushing such high prices for a car that's pretty much a taxi haha.
Hi JDM Masters, I have a request. Please could you review a Honda CRZ? My dad has one, and I would be very pleased to see a quality channel with your Honda expertise and experience review it. Thank you.
I would have loved to get more details on how they approach Rb26 tuning in terms of turbo selection, camshafts, port work etc . Along with the blueprint bottom end etc..
Mine’s was and is a respectable shop starting in the mid 80’s with accolades from tuners all over the world. I have no idea why you mention Paul Walker, he was just another enthusiast like us.
I want to ride in the R35 so bad just to feel the difference. My car puts down 702whp but its not instant throttle response or any where close to what Mines builds.
Hello. I just emailed you at the address listed on your website. I was wondering about buying a VX-Rom for my imported Aristo. I'm in the USA and can't find any info on how to get one directly from Mines here in the US
Great video, would have liked to know what Niikura san was saying, is it possible to place subtitles if the dialogue isnt too long? Otherwise we feel kinda left out during those portions of dialogue
Hey JDM Masters! Please do an Episode on the Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo (1996 - 1999) and the Mitsubishi FTO Version R in Manual (1997 - 2000)! Please do not overlook these two Japanese underrated Gems.
I know I won't ever have enough time to visit all the places in Japan that I'd like to, so as a car enthusiast as well as someone that is fond of Japan and Japanese Culture/Ethics, I appreciate you bringing it to us.

They have already been at Tomei. I would post the link, but I think they blocked comments with links....
@@Behind_The_Slice yes theyve been in tomei :333
This channel is a gem, please keep doing this!

The ULTIMATE RESPONSE factory 😍😍😍

I love their strut bars for the bnr34, even prettier than the nismo titanium.
Yea, mine's strut r the prettiest for me personally compare to others. I bought one as well.

that best motoring segment with their r34 is just legendary..the sheer brutality of that car
still remembering watching Paul drive that GTR like it was yesterday... miss paul
I got hooked on Mine's from Gran turismo back in the day. The way they modify cars is my style. very subtle but so much detail put into it.
Man I remember watching that video when paul Walker came there so cool RIP paul.
Love your content! Much respect to Mines. I'm wishing for a full review of the Mines R34 and R32 🙏😁

make a video on Honda Del Sol and Toyota MK1 MR2! They are underrated cars that deserve more attention!!
I wish I could get mines parts in the USA, that’s exactly how I want to build my evo, power but controlled for the street.
I remember when Mines came to Sema... but somehow their booth was like in the tools section and didn't have much attraction... they did bring their R35 gtr and allowed my wife to sit in and take an awesome picture!
Great reveiw! Please do a review on the Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo!
Thank you for all the amazing content specially the in-depth car reviews. Please review a mazda JC eunos cosmo with the 20b engine 👍
Mine's is one of the best tuners...
Yeh. One of them.
You look like engineering explained’s Jason Fenske’s japanese cousin!
My favourite gtr tuner.
Did you review the latest spec Mine's 34? As always, very good and very informative, keep up the good work!
Would be great if you can have a vip tour in omori factory not just in their display/parts shop but inside the work area and beyond would be great
I miss Paul Walker so much
I really miss Paul. His legacy will really live on through all of us. So all drivers, ricers, people.. save your money and buy JDM cars!
And don't forget subscribe to JDM Masters!
No, everyone please stop buying jdm cars, their prices are getting out of control and ridiculous haha.

So Mine's is pronounced like the English word "mine"? I thought it was pronounced like the Japanese name Mine

There was rumours going around that the president of Mines had died. It's great to see him alive and well

If you turn on English captions, it shows the translation.
