Nice day on the water and a great review on the Shoalie! I mostly use my Topwater 120 on flatwater. Mostly lakes where we camp at. That is definitely a nice boat for rivers & creeks. I am sure you will enjoy it and also looking forward to the adventures you will have using it. Thanks for another GREAT video. Give em all a sore lip!!!

Great video! The Ketch Board insert was a really cool idea. Idk of any other kayak that has done that, though I may be wrong. I kept waiting for a Bass to jump and grab that WP while it was hanging over the water when fishing with the Spinner Bait 😏.

Would you recommend the shoalie or the Lite tackle 2 for someone who fishes 90% flat water ( lakes and ponds)?

The keel gives you better stability, tracking and paddling efficiency. The extra length helps too.

Loved it! Met my expectations. Tracking is not as good as my Lite, but still good considering it’s a river boat.

The Lite is better for open water more stable and tracks better, but I fish 90% rivers and creeks and the shoalie is perfect for that. I’m impressed with it. It can do lakes too, but it’s a river boat for sure.

@@veritas2145 Shoalie is faster. Lite will be more efficient cuz the tracking is better.

That Shoalie is looking more and more like a great boat. I still think my Coosa HD is better for what I use it for, mainly because of more front hatch storage for over night camping trip gear). But if I was in the market for a new kayak, I'd think HARD about the Shoalie.
It is pretty sweet! I use to own a Coosa. Loved it! The hatch was definitely better for camping gear. I was thinking about cutting the insert out, but too nervous about it. The performance of the Shoalie is better than my Coosa, but it’s hard to give up that storage space. Tight lines! Thanks for watching
@@Itchin2Fish I hear ya about being nervous to cut that hatch out. Plus, the rod storage system built in there is pretty damn sweet. I guess the best option is to just own both boats! :) Keep the great content coming Bro.
