If minor commits crime, then one of the parent should be charged with crime minor committed (murder) and given same punishment, and minor should be given punishment according to juvenile act. Moreover other parties who gave him alcohol should also be liable for that crime not murder. Court judge, advocates should also be punished.

At first Istrongly felt that the Parents should be held guilty... We always glorify the role of our parents in our lives but we have given negligible attention to the role of any parent towards society. Giving birth and raising child is not just a family matter, how do we raise our child is a societal concern because ultimately we have to leave this child in the society to roam here and there... When parents spoil their child they are not doing harm to a child or a family, they are creating monsters for the world who is going to kill or rape or God knows what to someone someday.
But at the same time How could we forget that as a Major, who is able to run a business like liquor shop, one can avoid all his responsibility towards society. Is life cheaper that the cost of one bottle of liquor you served that minor.
And then finally the boy, though he is a minor, but mature enough to differentiate between good and bad, do's and don'ts... It is not like just a day before your 18th birthday you are unable to take decisions and own responsibilities, and day after your 18th birthday when you are major you're good to go. So as the Act (ammendment) says juveniles can be tried, they must be!
So All of them must be tried and I hope our law will serve the justice!!

If minor commits crime, then one of the parent should be charged with crime minor committed (murder) and given same punishment, and minor should be given punishment according to juvenile act. Moreover other parties who gave him alcohol should also be liable for that crime not murder. Court judge, advocates should also be punished.
