yeah i agree, i try to do the same thing if i see a pork loin on sale, ill take it back to my apartment, cut it up into chops (sometimes strips and cubes) put them in a freezer bag so that they dont get freezer burned, and it's alot more affordable to me in my opinion, then having to waste like a package of chops that are like $10 that dont have much chops in them. i really hate how meat have went up in price lately, it's a struggle. even a pound of meat wont feed one person anymore, and it's nearly like $20 to get 3 pounds of meat to feed like 2 people. i do love cooking ethnic food, and i mostly cook chinese, italian, mexican, and korean. i have a puerto rican bf so i cant wait to cook some good puerto rican meals for him too.
If you take off all the fat you are missing out on the better taste. Just score the fat and they won’t shrink. My Mom used to do this and she called the fat “little grislies” and boy were they ever good….
And it looks like you use all stuff that a regular kitchen would have. Love it

I wish I still had an electric frypan. My Mom made similar Spanish pork chops in her’s.
