The highest temp in this video was 56c (132.8F) which is almost as hot as the highest temp ever recorded in Death Valley. (56.7C/134.1F)

You want to wear the ring for as much time as possible. A lot of relics and stuff are only accessible if your time cursed is over 99% of your playtime. So if you play for an hour without the ring and then equip it, you'd have to play for another almost 100 hours before you could use them.

@@zuzoscorner From what i know, Kitchen sink is more about creating food types, using all kind of plants and using cooking, ovens etc.. to create new items that you can combine in powerfull eating recipies
@@yoRRnl That's incorrect. Kitchen sink packs are like was @zuzuscorner said. They're mod packs with little to no theme or direction that include many of the mod categories such as tech, magic, exploration, etc. Some notable kitchen sink packs are All the Mods, Enigmatica (non-expert), Valhesia, TNP Limitless, etc.
It comes from the phrase "everything but the kitchen sink" - it has nothing to do with creating food types.

Hey chosen! Me and my friends have been playing this pack for about a month! We chose hardcore and it’s nothing but suffering so I wish you the best, I personally would recommend turning on the minimap setting that adds names for unrecognized mobs that otherwise show up as yellow dots. With how unfathomably weak the player is compared to the mobs (especially in the beginning), and also the value of Alex’s mobs contrasted with the difficulty of finding them, it’s a huge help and makes a serious difference. I’m excited to watch this series because our play styles are so different, so it’ll be refreshing to learn new ways to approach the mods! (Btw I feel like I should mention that pyrologer and friends has a really buggy and generally bad structure generation that can give performance issues sometimes, despite how cool it is. Also enemy expansion mobs, especially meatures, seem to not despawn easily which causes performance issues too)

I always joke about playing Minecraft, that i dont like to mine and dont like to craft. So there is where modded minecraft steps in and i play the tech side. Your ATM9 play was awesome and I learned a lot.This is such an different type of game vurses ATM9, i hope it keeps me interested.
The last real play through guy, don’t ever leave us, we need you for the rest of ur days, I will be honest I do some time get over whelmed or sometimes bored in moments in a series but then I stick it out take a break from the channel and come back just to realize how excited I get to find a new series to start

the seven curses are a lot more painful than they may seem at first glance (iron golems, wolves, and bees are technically neutral so they Will hate you, among other disadvantages), but as you're considering it it's worth mentioning that there are some special items that are only available when your total percentage of playtime wearing the ring is like over 99% so there's an extra risk reward factor there too
you may not have the same power ceiling as you did in atm but iron's spellbooks does also exist in this pack if you wish to play with it again, though admittedly with the level scaling mobs have the further out you go it's probably more suitable for utility here ahaha
as a final tip, some quests have Flat Level xp rewards and with your xp bank it'd be a lot more beneficial in the long run to save claiming those levels until you're at a higher one yourself, the xp costs for some of the skills get pretty demanding at higher levels
that being said, have fun!!!

Just letting you know legendary tooltips mod had 3d models to items and it interferes with the visual bar of armor insulation from cold sweat (the temperature mod) you can turn the 3d models off in the mods config

man emus are not that bad, the thing with birds is that if youre not afraid of them they are harmless, but not for all birds, i think emus are very cool and friendly
A lot of the high tier items in enigmatic legacy requires you to have equipped the ring for 95% of your play through and some even 99% and even higher, not sure if thats been altered in the pack (i haven't ever seen the option in the config)
It's sad we never see you play any newer type modpacks, that has new mods not just the original mods. But so excited for the journey!

Good choice not equipping the ring instantly, i did that while i was next to a village and the iron golem killed me while i was looking through the mods. Then i got killed by ants after running

I decided to play along with you on your seed that you put in same exact version as well. I am on your world cuz the overall map is the exact same but every structure you have is different for me. Still having fun though

Feels like the pack is lacking several near-mandatory mods, at first I thought it was fairly narrow modpack with not too many mods, but it's like 250+. The consistency in artstyle is appreciated though, but I'm gonna have to experiment with adding several mods. Surprised it doesn't have stuff like Functional Storage, far as I can tell the only storage mods are Soph Storage and Tom's Storage. Cooking for Blockheads is also strangely missing.
It does have Sophisticated Storage and I would say that this is just about the same if not more powerful
After this you should do or more fantasy modpack (ik steam punk is technically fantasy but I mean more like lotr hp skyrim style stuff)
