Invest on Sri Lanka, you can start small convert plant either colombo or maththala there are some CN industrial areas, or collaborate with China harbour which doing business many years, come with few plants with one two main technician, you there are over 10k 2011 to 2017 leaf in sl need change there are some converting with ICE engines due to lack of battery and after guarantee
