I do believe that is the prettiest pie ive seen handmade. I love Strawberry Rhubarb Pie . Try using a tad of cornstarch in with. The fruit. Im sure its magnificent. Sure wished I had some rhubarb growing. Thanks.

Where may I locate Rhubarb filling? I just asked Dad if he likes it? He said, "Yes!" So I got to get busy....

They sell rhubarb at grocery stores..Not sure you can buy the filling already made.
