The thing wrong here is that he's setting a bad deal example to people who are just starting to get into aquariums, and to people in general. He does this in a lot of his videos too.

Kawaii Nutella No you cant. Beta’s require at least 2.5 gallons with a filter and heater. Neither of those could comfortably fit in a 1 gallon and leave enough room for the beta to swim.
It's very easy to give a fish a great life. I got a 10 gallon tank on a local market place for less than 10 dollars, you can also get a filter for less than 10 dollars, same with a filter.

This reminds me of my fish. He is as big as my hand, and the sweetest fish you'll ever meet. he's always so playfull and he LOVES bloodworms. But he has cloud eye and you always have to hand feed him.. I'm so worried about him and if he'll ever see the beautiful world he deserves to gaze at! I tried treating him for the past year, but he is still bumping into walls and it's so pain full to watch. Is there anything i can do?

They were brackish water crabs that he bought before he knew what they needed to live. (Mix of salt and fresh water) so most likely all have died at this point.
only the finch crabs but the frogs prob ate the other ones

Everyone who comments and hates on him need to watch through the whole video. He clearly states that he never intends on keeping them in there, he just does this as a fun, temporary thing to show people what it looks like.
As for 'tanks' this size and not being able to keep anything in them, you can. 1 gallon aquariums are good for shrimps. Yes, even without a filter or heater, so long as it has plants in there and you make a generous amount of water changes throughout the months. Though I really don't recommend keeping any fish if you can only afford these starter kit bowls.

@@Emily-oy2nq because he could be endangering the fishes lives because of the uncleaned puke gravel and not cycling the tank properly (cycling the tank is the most important part) even if he put the fish Back the fishes body is in shock from the ph and the temp and the environment of the water so even if he left them for a little while he is still endangering all of them. So please educate your self before you reply.

I remember getting my first betta when I was 10. My older brothers got this starter kit and I had those same supplies with it and that bowl just brought back nostalgia. I had that betta for over a year (I didnt keep in in that bowl, I got a bigger one) before my little brother fed my betta the whole bottle of flakes while I was gone for the weekend 😓

I'm glad I could help, I needed to tell people that fish bowls *Aren't* acceptable, I kept a baby arowana in a 10 gallon until it outgrew it and put it in a 100 gal before giving it away, just imagine, A kid buys a red tail Catfish, puts it in a bowl, it outgrows it, kids parents buy a slightly larger bowl and that's it, Catfish dies and parents wonder why.
