@@surajchinna If you have not had satisfactory results from visiting a doctor or physiotherapist , you could try acupuncture. There seem to be a lot of acupuncture clinics in your city, but you should only trust clinics that have been known for many years for having used acupuncture to successfully help people with the same condition you have.
