Many years ago I was baptized along with my sister as my 17 year old brother had been killed in a car accident. I worried. I didn’t feel connected like I should and I spoke silently about it, little did I know God understood. I needed a relationship with God and would continue to search for that knowledge however I was baptized and I understood my parents choice. Many years went by. I had a 8 year old and was pregnant but not showing yet. I was in a mess as I had just left the father. I went to a church at random this day hoping to find a way to a relationship with this God I needed so much. When the preacher called to come to the front, I told my son I needed to go and would be right back. I hadn’t made that decision. I heard a calling within and I heard, go to the front, do not deny me in front of man and I will not deny you. It was like I floated to the front not looking either way just walking to the front. I was met by an elderly man who immediately took me by the upper arm and threw me in to a room. I was shocked. I sat in the room for a long time, I needed to think there would be someone come in as I had done what I was to do. I was wrong. I opened the door and the only one in the church was my little boy waiting for me. I didn’t know what to do so I rushed out, didn’t say anything to my son except that I was sorry it took so long. I walked through the week and I talked to myself within. I was not going back to the father as it was not not safe but I would keep the baby. So on Saturday evening I put my son to bed, read him a story and told him we were going to have a baby. He was so sweet. I went all the way throughout that week thinking that of all the ppl in the world, God didn’t love me and he didn’t want me in his churches as I just had no luck, it seemed, with churches. I went to the porch and it was in front of an apartment building. I was in thought of why I had felt that feeling and had to be so degraded and mistreated. I was making a wise choice and I was done looking for that relationship as evidently God didn’t want me. I felt so sad, I put my head in my hands and said, oh God. All of a sudden a wind came from behind me where a wall sat, it startled me. I turned and this wind went right through me as if I was a just a spirit. When this happened I heard in every cell of my being that he would hold me above it all. I had been baptized into the Holy Spirit. I must say I have been held above it all. I also must say I still have a life filled with ups and downs but I had searched for 32 years for that relationship with God and I found through the rejection of a church. Interesting. I thank God for it daily!
We need the presence of God moment by moment to guide, strengthen, protect, keep us from evil and temptations all our lifetime. We can do nothing without the Holy Spirit's help. He was sent to infill and empower us after The Lord Jesus ascended to the heavens.

However, I wish that you would list all the Bible verses maybe in the description of the video. Truly enjoy watching these videos. What a great way to study God's word. I love how you quote the actual verse in the bible for proof. However, I wish that you would list all the Bible verses maybe in the description of the video. I try to follow along in my Bible and highlight each verse so I have to continuously pause the video, find the verse to read along, and then resume the video. Makes for a very long video/study. Just an idea....
