Jesus give me grace and endurance this Christmas. As a single mother my number one priority, are my sons. Both of them are autistic so they require a lot from me. God give me strength as I struggle to provide for them. My faith in you is still strong! @@HL365 how do you really infer the trinity doctrine from 2 Corinthians 13:14? FYI, Just as Mat 28:19 and 1 John 5:7, the verse just alludes to the existence of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and nothing else. All those three verses don't tell us (they are silent) about the nature of the relationship between the three or even whether they are all beings or co-equal, co-eternal and co-whatever as the trinity doctrine claims. Should we then conclude that the earth, the spirit, and the water are all beings and co-equal since they are mentioned simultaneously in one verse in 1 John 5:8? Do you realise that 1 Cor 13:14 says that our fellowship is with the Holy Spirit yet 1 John 1:3 says that our fellowship is with the Father and the Son? These two verses are not contradicting but rather let us know that the Father and the Son fellowship with us by their Spirit not by a different third being called the Holy Spirit!
I suggest that in our efforts to understand the God we worship, we should employ verses that are crystal clear and then use those verse to interprete those that are somehow vague or silent. Verses like John 17:3, 1 Cor 8:6, Rev 5:13, Rev 21:22, 1 Cor 11:3, 1 Cor 15:27-28 among others are very explicit on who is worshipped as the God of the bible i.e. The Father and His literally begotten Son Jesus Christ. You see that If we understood these clear verses very well, we can easily use them to understand the other verses that are somehow silent or vague.
The Holy Spirit is definitely (Real Person) the Person of Jesus Christ, just like the use of third party pronouns in the book of John (as well as other books in the New Testament, even the Old Testament). The Word is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God is the Person of Jesus Christ , The Person of the Son of Man is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Light of the World is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Person of the Son of Man is Jesus Christ, the True Vine is the Person of Jesus Christ, the True Shepherd is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Temple of God in terms of John 2:21 is the Person of Jesus Christ, the High Priest is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Messiah Son of David is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Resurrection and Life is the Person of Jesus Christ, Immanuel is the Person of Jesus Christ, the Way, Truth and Life is the Person of Jesus Christ, Bread of Life, Water of Life, Passover Lamb, Angel of the Covenant, Ladder in Jacob's dream, Spirit of Prophecy is the Person of Jesus Christ,

Years ago I was driving north on the M1. I was in the car by myself. A voice near my the left ear. In a man's voice, whom I never recognised to me to get out of that lane. I was surprised but carried on. Again the voice told me to get out of that lane, but this time more louder and in a determined voice. This time I listened. I thought it was my guardian angel. Remember also, Saints, early Adventists were Sunday keepers. The devil had worked long to bury fundamental truths about hell, state of the dead, Sabbath, the Holy Spirit, etc. It is through this movement that truths have been resurrected. Is it a wonder that Jesus said the only sin that can not be forgiven is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost? Praise God!

Early pioneers of the church had differing thoughts on many things. It took time to work those things out. Ellen White never used the word Trinity and stayed away from the many differing positions on it. She used the Godhead which we should do since it is endorsed by scripture and SOP>

Pastor Mark, I would like some clarification on Matthew 28:19, that you read at 33:15 in your video, the text that you put up on the screen was from the KJV. But when you quoted it you change the wording to “in the name of the Father and in the name of the Son and in the name of the Holy Spirit”, which is not how the text reads. As I look back in history according to Eusebius the original reading of Matthew 28:19 was as follows, “with one word and one voice He said to His disciples: Go, and make disciples of all nations in My name, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you,” this was changed in the 4th century during the time of the council of Nicaea. It was at that time that a number of new doctrines were brought into the church and the Roman Catholic was being established. It’s interesting that all Baptisms in the book of Act were done in the name of Jesus or of the Lord but not once in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. In your sermon you changed the wording to include “the name”, of in front of the Son and the Holy Spirit. I have to ask you if it wouldn’t serve your purpose better if you change Matthew 28:19 to read “in the name of God the Father and in the name of God the Son and in the name of God the Holy Spirit”, but in so doing we have violated scripture by adding to or taking away from God’s word. If you do that you could establish the Trinity Doctrine.
I for one will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God and of Christ by giving it to another!

Very well said, Bernie. The disciples' example should plainly establish that there is only one name under heaven by which we are saved, and it was in that name only that they baptized. If the disciples were pastors today, they would be defrocked for not baptizing "correctly." They never invoked the Father or Holy Spirit while baptizing.
"Father" is not a name. What is the Father's name? "Son" is not a name. What is the son's name? Trinitarians cannot give the Father's name. But Jesus told us what it was--see John 5:43:
"I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive." (John 5:43)
Jesus' name was the Father's name. We should already know this from Isaiah 9:6 which said that his _name_ would be called everlasting Father and mighty God, etc. Many miss the fact that "name" is not synonymous with _being._

Did you know that Mrs. White used the word "trinity" to refer to ... well, I'll quote her words: "But beware of that which the old writers called the world’s trinity-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life." (Ellen White, 1898). Let us beware!
Paraklete is also used in I John 2:1 and is Advocate, and it is Jesus.

The Holy Spirit of God is God himself not some force… I have never heard a person argue that that Gods Holy Spirit is a force and that is not what the pioneers believed either … this is a gross misunderstanding or MISREPRESENTATION of the belief that the spirit of God is his own person!!! And it is not that hard to understand! He is misrepresenting- again as all those who don’t want to understand the spirit of God…. I’m sure this grieves God in his spirit to be misrepresented 😢 I feel sorry for these who do not want to comprehend … there is too much to be lost… reputation and so there much be pride - only God knows ….

Indeed, I was pondering over the very same subliminal message. They commissionned an artist who rendered the very sentiment of power that they wanted to convey, except that in God's word and in the Spirit of Prophecy writings, the holy Spirit came down in a shape likened to a dove over Christ to show Christ's meekness and submission to His Father, and in small tongues of fire over the disciples at pentecost to show the distribution of this gift to all. The Spirit of God, His presence, His glory is not to be and cannot be depicted, particularly with such "horrible" images that would well fit in a "Marvel" movie!
We should really meditate on the second commandment and draw our conclusions as to what we can depict with our extraordinary tools and talents!

If the Holy Spirit is a person like you claim, then are you saying the Holy Spirit is the Father of Jesus in Matt.1:18? This is NOT the only contradiction, but I would like to point this out. I would also like to know why SDA's don't believe in what the Bible says, for SDA's say Catholics and Sunday worshippers don't keep the commandments according to 1John 2:4, but if one looked at this scripture carefully, it states "...and the truth in NOT in him.", so are you contradicting this scripture to say Catholics and Sunday Protestants are correct with the Trinity teaching and they have the truth? What about Rev.17:5, SDA's say the mother is the RCC and the harlots are daughters that follow her teachings, but are NOT SDA's a daughter too, keeping the pagan teachings of the RCC? "Christianity didn't destroy paganism, it adopted it" by Will Durant.

There is specific bible verses that addresses Pharisees accusing Jesus of performing miracles through the power of Satan and the warning about blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can be found in Matthew 12:22-32 (ESV):

NO! The CUP was NOT all the physical and emotional suffering which awaited Jesus! It was not the beating and turning away of his people and his mother and the crown of thorns... none of all these! Many martyrs endured ALL of these and did not ask this cup of suffering be removed from them!
For Jesus, the CUP was the bearing of the SINS of the whole world! He was to be separated from His Father because of that CUP bringing the real death to him, not just the sleep of the first death ... and THAT was unbearable to him!
But Jesus said ... I will drink it nevertheless, because THY will be done, O Father!
But praise be to God! The Innocent one could not be held by death! The sins were not his, they could not be held against Him ... They stayed at the entrance of death and could not retain him under its power! God, the Father, the only true God RAISED his beloved, innocent, self-sacrificed Son! And Jesus came out from death to life with our HOPE: I am the resurrection and the life!

God Himself is a Holy Spirit John 4:24, and never in the scripture mentioning "God the Holy Spirit.
John 14:18 Christ says "I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you." Jesus christ comes to dwell with His people by His Spirit, because He is also a Spirit like God the Father. John 4:24.
The scripture is so clear on this issue. John 15 reveals that Jesus Christ Himself is dwelling or abiding with His people by His Holy Spirit.
Even Apostle Paul did mention that God sent the Spirit of His Son into the hearts of His people. Galatians 4:6
It is Jesus Christ Himself (through His Holy Spirit) that " stands and knocks.on the door ( the door of our hearts) for entrance because He wants to dwell with His people. Revelation 3:20.

What a disgrace. He damn well knows the truth. Even the RCC does not bother with defending Trinity doctrine which is the foundation of their beliefs and simply call it a mystery because it's completely unbiblical and utter nonsense. Revelations couldn't be any clearer when it reveals which beings are worshiped in heaven on God's throne. There is God the Father, and Jesus the Son of God. Period. To attribute God's and Christ's mighty Spirit to an unknown false god is the sin. Jesus is the way the truth and the LIFE. Why would we then need another? He sent his spirit to us after he returned to heaven. Only Christ can mediate only Christ can comfort only Christ can give life.

And the angels had to be commanded to worship Jesus--see Hebrews 1:6. This command would have been unnecessary if he had been God, for surely the angels would have known who Jesus was! But God has shared His glory and honor with the Son.
The RCC introduced this trinitarian belief into the church in 325 AD at the First Council of Nicea. Prior to this time, none of God's people embraced this mystical concept. The RCC know it's not biblical. Constantine settled the debate for the church by embracing this new mystical belief of a trinity. Additionally, at this council, he also removed several books from the bible. I would encourage everyone to search for yourselves by asking the question, "What happened at the 1st council of Nicea in 325 AD? Study to show yourselves approved unto God and God alone, the only Potentate. When I read the word "He" in reference to the Holy Spirit, I've learned that the "He" refers to the gender of the source of the Spirit. The gender is masculine, God is a He. No need for debate. As I said, study for yourself. It's sad that we quickly say that some things are a mystery when we don't understand something, nor search out the deep things of God for ourselves. We readily receive what the learned men teach us. And that's okay if we have searched to find out whether or not what they say are true, and find them to be true. 1 Corinthians 2:10 - These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. (A study of this verse alone, outside of what we've been taught, would give many a deeper understanding of spirit.) Again, 2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. SELAH!

Another credible theory is that the word "elohim" was a loanword from Aramaic, and as the usage in Aramaic was always for plural gods, the Hebrews adopted this plural form and just added singular verbs and adjectives to it when referencing the true God. No one can be certain of the full etymology of this word, for it is lost to history. However, I have come to understand its usage based on the Bible (Hebrew) alone. Hebrew uses "elohim" to reference people (Psalm 82:6, quoted by Jesus in John 10:34), angels (Psalm 8:5, quoted in Hebrews 2:7 as "anggelos" in Greek), judges (various texts in Deuteronomy), and, of course, the false gods (when the adjectives or verbs for this noun are plural). Whenever the word refers to the true God, it is always used in the grammatical singular context.
Hebrew has many words that we term "plurale tantum." This means that they are _always_ plural in form, but this does not mean they are plural in construction. For example, these words in Hebrew have only plural forms, and there is no singular form for them: heavens/skies, waters, faces, entrails, etc. If they are used to reference a singular entity, their verbs or adjectives, which must always agree in number with the noun, will be singular. The rule students learn is: "The adjective never lies." In six years of Hebrew studies, I've not seen this rule ever broken. Some think "el" is the singular form of "elohim," but this is mistaken. The word "el," usually translated as "mighty one" (e.g. Isaiah 30:29), has its own plural form "elim" (see e.g. Daniel 11:36). It is a separate word. Further, the words "elahin" (Aramaic form), "eloha" (some say is a name of a false god), "elohenu" (includes pronominal suffix to mean "our God"), "elohai" (in construct state to create genitive relationship with subsequent noun, e.g. "God of Israel"), etc. all have good explanations that distinguish them from each other.
The simple and undeniable fact remains, as a thorn in the flesh to those wishing to believe in the Trinity: the Hebrew language gives no support for any plurality within the true God. The Ten Commandments clearly say not to have any god(s) before ME (masculine singular pronominal suffix), and Jesus affirms the "one God" doctrine as being the _first_ commandment:
"And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:" (Mark 12:29)
It should go without saying that these words for God in Greek are all singular!
The unpardonable sin is simply unbelief. Salvation is free, He died for us while we were still yet sinners. No good works we do and accumulate, nor any sin we commit makes us worthy, "so no man can boast" We are cursed and in a fallen state. Pastor, in Your prayer you said "...May Your Spirit.." who's Spirit do you mean? God's Spirit or Holy Spirit's Spirit? It's confusing!
As Adventists we believe that the Scripture teaches that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the godhead. He is a just a person as the Father and son are. He is a separate person yet, along with the Father and the son, He has worked in creation and is working in the salvation and redemption of man.
Often times the Holy Spirit is referred to as God’s Spirit or like Pastor Mark mentioned in the prayer, but this doesn’t mean that the Holy Spirit is not a separate person. Jesus said that I and my Father are one. But that doesn’t mean that Jesus is the Father. He is a separate person.

THE SECOND COMMANDMENT, THE TRINITY AND THE OMNIPRESENCE OF GOD
I always wondered what was so significant about the second Commandment that Rome found it necessary to remove it altogether from the Ten Commandments. But it appears that there is a fundamental truth in that Commandment concerning where God's presence is that is intended to protect us from all forms of false worship.
The second Commandment tells us that we should not bow down before any image. This implies that God is not in the image. Which means that God is not everywhere. The Bible tells us that God is in heaven; and heaven is not everywhere. Heaven is above the earth and that is where we should direct our worship to God, where He is. He knows everything that happens everywhere and can go wherever He pleases but His abode is in heaven where Jesus, our High Priest and intercessor, is presenting our cases to Him. - "Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens" (Heb. 8:1).
Furthermore, both the prophets Daniel and John saw God in heaven with the angels gathered around His throne and Jesus being separate and distinct (Dan. 7 and Rev. 4, 5). Daniel said "the Ancient of days did sit" (Dan. 7:9) and "one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days" (Dan. 7:13). John said "one sat on the throne" (Rev. 4:2) who was worshipped as the Creator to whom it was said "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created" (Rev. 4:11), with Jesus appearing before Him to receive a book and power and authority, as the Lamb who was slain, and the angels sang, "Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever." (Rev. 5:13).
God is not everywhere all at once like a vapour while part of Him or an image sits on the throne representing Him. God Himself sits, of whom man was made in His image after His likeness, "made after the similitude of God" (James 3:9).
Logically, if God is everywhere, He can be worshipped wherever He is. One could then bow down and worship before a stone, a tree, a person or any object, not as worshipping the object but as worshipping God, since God is in it. That would open the door for the worship of false Gods as no one would be able to tell the difference whether you are worshipping the true God or not.
It would not be consistent to forbid worshipping before an object if God is in the object and one is worshipping, not the object, but God who is in the object. This is evident in the experience of the children of Israel in the wilderness. God appeared to them in a cloud and they were not forbidden to bow before Him in the cloud - "And the LORD said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud" (Ex. 19:9), "And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door" (Ex. 33:10). If God is not in a particular place, say in an image, it means that there is at least one place where He is not. He cannot be everywhere and not everywhere at the same time.
The idea that the Holy Spirit is God present everywhere was precisely the argument that Dr. John Harvey Kellogg put forward to justify his pantheistic teachings. And Ellen White told him that he was wrong. Initially, he said that God was in everything. And when God instructed Ellen White to oppose it, he modified it by saying that at the time of his first presentation of the matter in the book "The Living Temple" he did not believe in the Trinity. Because of that, he said he had not given a clear explanation of the matter. He went on to explain that he had now come to believe in the Trinity and could better explain his idea. The new explanation was that it was not God the Father, but God the Holy Ghost who was everywhere and in everything. Ellen White told him that he was wrong. And we can see why. If God the Holy Spirit is everywhere and can be worshipped, it is a doorway to replace worshipping God and Christ in heaven entirely.
Another modified version of Kellogg's idea is that the Holy Spirit is really Christ himself or both God and Christ in an omnipresent form. This is also not correct as it places God and Christ on earth rather than in heaven.
The pioneers of Seventh-day Adventism stated in their Fundamental Principles of faith published in the 1889 Yearbook that God was everywhere present by His representative, the Holy Spirit. At face value, this would suggest that this representative is omnipresent. It is perhaps more consistent with scripture to say that He is everywhere present by His representatives the holy spirits. Holy spirits are ministering spirits sent from heaven - "And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man." (John1:51). "Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" (Heb. 1:14).
This is consistent with the Hebrew word ruach and the Greek word pneuma that are translated in the Bible as spirit. These words are also translated spirits, thus indicating that the Holy Spirit need not be seen as one individual being who is omnipresent but many spirit beings representing God everywhere.
From this perspective, there is no denying that the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, sent at Pentecost is a person - only not a God-being to be worshipped. Like the Angel of Revelation 18 who comes down from heaven with the latter rain - a similar occurrence as that which took place at Pentecost except more extensive - the Comforter would be seen as a messenger sent by Christ from heaven, as stated repeatedly in John 14-16. Ellen G. White describing the latter rain speaks of a mighty angel from heaven being sent to do this work and further said, "Angels were sent to aid the mighty angel from heaven" (Ellen. G. White, Story of Redemption, p. 399).
So, there we have it. The church has now fully accepted Kellogg's idea. Ellen White said that the initial presentation by Kellogg was the alpha of deadly heresies. She said that the omega would follow shortly afterwards and would be accepted. And it did follow shortly afterwards in Kellogg's modified version, based on his acceptance of the Trinity. And the church has now fully accepted it - that God (the Holy Spirit) is everywhere and should be worshipped. So, based on current practice, Jesus is worshipped, the Holy Spirit is worshipped but the One true God is almost entirely ignored. Jesus made it clear who the "only true God" is and identified Himself as the Son of God - "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3).
Nowhere in the Bible is worship given to anyone else except the one seated on the throne who is referred to as "LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come" (Rev.4:8) and to the Christ, the Lamb, as it will be in the new earth - "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it." (Rev. 21:22). God is the Father of Christ. Accordingly, Christ, the Lamb is seen with "an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads" (Rev. 14:1). It is the name of the Lamb's Father that will be written in their foreheads.
Whatever one's concept of the Godhead, the term "godhead" is used only three times in the Bible (Acts 17:29, Rom. 1:20 and Col. 2:9) and in none of these places is the expression used to replace the idea of God being a single individual who has a Divine Son who is worshipped alongside Himself. And not even once does the term "godhead" in scripture allude to the worship of anyone else.
All worship should be directed to God and Christ in heaven. It is not about where we are when we worship but, like sending a petition to the king of England, we do not send it to Spain or Australia but to him in England where he is. Similarly, Jesus in teaching us how to pray directed that we say, "Our Father which art in heaven".
We should not be praying to nor worshipping anything on earth. We should pray to God in heaven, approaching His throne through Christ, our Mediator, and we should direct our worship to heaven where God is. This is the substance of the second Commandment that Rome has removed.

Some would like to believe that "God" and "Lord" are synonyms. This is how they attempt to harmonize 1 Corinthians 8:6 with their Trinity dogma, for it says: "But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." However, a comparison of Matthew 22:32 with Romans 14:9 should lay to rest any notion of God = Lord. Consider the evidence for yourselves.
"I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living." (Matthew 22:32)
"For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living." (Romans 14:9)
God is not the God of the dead, but Christ is Lord of the dead. The Bible teaches plainly that there is a distinction between these terms, and they are not the same being. (Remember, Ellen White says "God is a being.").
In fact, the "and" in Greek ("kai"), can be used to separate between two separate entities, as it does in 1 Corinthians 8:6. Had the writer wished to equate them, a separate, more poetic conjunction, could have been used or added, which is "te" in Greek. Putting the two words together, i.e. "τε καὶ", creates an expression which places the two things on a level with each other--and this is often translated as "both." But the Father is not _both_ our God and our Lord, nor is Jesus _both_ our Lord and our God. The father is "the only true God" (John 17:3), and Jesus is our Lord.

To be honest this idea of the holy spirit being the third person of the Godhead completely crashes to nothingness when tested against Scripture without personal opinions or tradition involved.
This topic of the Godhead is one of the gems from the Word of God that requires digging deep to get it.
Some truths can be easily understood by just surface reading of the bible, but others require patient, diligent searching of the bible.

Who would be the four highest beings in Heaven before the fall of man (before sin) if the Holy Spirit was a third co-equal being as per the Trinity doctrine? It would be the Father, Son, Holy Spirit and Lucifer. Who is it that wants to be like the most High and be worshipped and prayed to as God? (Isaiah 14:12-14) What if the Holy Spirit was not a third literal being. Who would then be the third highest being? Lucifer! @@HL365 I trust this source is the only Ireason I downloaded the files for review. I appreciate your effort to help me understand the church's position on the Trinity theology. I've been a Seventh Day Adventist 42 years. My parent's were SDA as were my grandparents also. There was never a point trinity theology was held or practiced in this SDA company or the company of the other SDA churches in the surrounding area. I know this because we all knew and fellowshiped together as Adventist tend to do. Ms. White used the phrase Godhead to represent the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, but not in the way more commonly held by her contemporaries. The seperation was over the position and identity of the Holy Ghost. Ms. White did not believe in the trinity. After her passing the fight to oppose that theolgy spreading in the church grew quieter and quieter. That change became foundational and placed in the official 28 Fundamental Beliefs chapters 2-4 , I believe. Do you wonder how a brother who at one moment can stand in agreement with you biblically, and then in the next moment you believe entirely different from each other? What happened? A non-trinitarian does not view the Holy Spirit as equal to God or Christ. God is on the throne. Christ in his glorified body is in the sanctuary ministering before the throne on behalf of man right now. Christ's work in the heavenly sanctuary is the work of salvation on man's behalf. The work of his ministering is revealed through the Holy Spirit with us continually and working in our lives. The Holy Spirit is Jesus with us. It is not a seperate person or "another comforter" it is Jesus himself. After the resurrection when Jesus revealed himself to his disciples he imparted the Holy Spirit to them when he breathed it on them. That act connected Christ's heavenly sanctuary work of ministering in the spirit to man through his imparted Holy Spirit. That same day we have Pentecost. With all that said consider this. Take how we understand the Holy Spirit and change him. Make him someone else and set him next to God. Make him worthy of worship as the creator. Wait!? Who is this new God? I know Jesus. I don't know this God the Holy Spirit. Jesus is personal. The Holy Spirit is Christ with us type of personal. He understands because he walked in the flesh like you and I. He's a personal savior. Here's the silky deception. When we misidentify the Holy Spirit we remove God's plan of salvation. When we remove salvation we remove Jesus. When we remove Jesus we remove God by replacing him with a new God where a plan of salvation is not necessary. That's all Satan ever wanted was the worship due to God.

Ellen White said that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father and His Son! There is only one God, one Son of God and their Holy Spirit! No where does the Bible say that there is 3 Gods! Jesus said that He is the Comforter. You cannot prove that the Holy Spirit is God from the Bible or EW writings.
One can easily prove from the Bible and the writings of Ellen White that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead if one is open to look at the evidence suspending their bias. We are not saying there are three gods. We are saying there are one God who are three in persons.

SDAs may not be aware that the official written statement of the Adventist church claims that 'Jesus is NOT the natural, literal Son of God,' per the Bible Research Institute. Why? But the Pharisees of this day have twisted truth a child can understand using human philosophy and their own satanic doctrine. If you think how Christians vehemently defend the literal creation by God of man and woman when it comes to society's debate of human identity, yet fail to stand on the simple Bible truth of God, Jesus' God and Father, sent Christ to save us. Where is the love and power of the Gospel if it is all role-playing and metaphors?
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately you are mistaken. Yes, Jesus is not the natural, literal son of God. I'd encourage you to look at the original greek word. You’d find that the word often translated as begotten in the Bible is not a good translation of the Greek word. The Greek word literally means one and only unique one. It simply means Jesus is unique. In fact, he is unique because in His incarnation, He is fully God and fully man.
Jesus cannot be the Holy Spirit because He prayed for another comforter.

The Lord used you many years ago to bring me to Christ. My life has been forever changed and I am grateful for that.
As I watched your video I came away very saddened. It seemed to me that the main take away is that if someone does not believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person that makes up the one God, if they believe that the Holy Spirit is anything other than that, and if they don’t give up that belief and repent and accept the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Godhead (Trinity), that eventually they will grieve away the Holy Spirit and commit the unpardonable sin. This is a serious position to take. This leads to condemnation and ultimately judging ones salvation.
Also, it appears that you have a misunderstanding of what the vast majority of those who don’t believe that the Holy Spirit is a person separate from the Father and Son, really believe. The the Holy Spirit is just what the Bible says the “Spirit of God” not a force.
My husband and I were disfellowshiped and shunned over this doctrine not because of anything we had done, but because of fear of what we might say or do. My husband and I are of the older generation and was not baptized when the church believed God was a Trinity. We were not taught that God is a Trinity as it was long before 1981 when the churches fundamental belief was changed and officially voted in at the GC session.

Thank you for your testimony and reply to this video. I was also saddened, because I detected sleight of hand and subtle manipulation of God's people. Pastor Mark's target is not those Christians who believe the Holy Spirit is just a power or influence, but Adventists who reject the doctrine of the Trinity. The proof of that is in the reply from @HL365, claiming that the third person of the Godhead is not "just Christ's or the Father's Spirit." The "just" suggests that the omnipresence of Christ or the Father also lacks omnipotence and omniscience, and They need the help of another being to accomplish it. This eviscerates the false premise that we believe it is just a power or influence and reveals what we actually believe= the "Spirit of God" is a person. The spiritual presence of Christ is Christ, and Christ is a person! If I remember correctly, Pastor Mark claimed that the "third person" showed up 10 times by the word "He" in John 16 alone. Jesus is a He! The term "third person" is not found in the Bible at all, contrary to what Pastor Mark said. The term "third person" originates in the writings of Ellen White, so you must allow her to define what she means. I find it hard to believe that when quoting Desire of Ages pages 671 regarding the "third person of the Godhead", that the last sentence of that paragraph that tells who that third person is, is not repeatedly and PURPOSEFULLY left out= "Christ has given HIS Spirit as a divine power...". Withholding information or telling only what you want people to see is deception. The other covert message is a warning about heresy and even coming close to committing the unpardonable sin. To say it plainly, if I don't believe the Holy Spirit is "a being" separate from the Father and Son, then that is heresy, which makes me a heretic. I would warn that consistent rejection of truth is not the only definition of the unpardonable sin. It is also attributing the work of God's Spirit to be the work of Satan. If God, by His Spirit, is bringing about a revival of primitive godliness and returning Adventists to the pillars and landmarks of our faith, and you account this as heresy= the work of Satan, then who is in danger of committing the unpardonable sin? It is an indisputable fact that by the test Pastor Mark has suggested in this sermon, the founding fathers of the Adventist faith believed in heresy, for they did not believe in the Trinity or a triune God. They believed heresy according to Pastor Mark's own words and definition. "That most of the leading SDA pioneers were non-Trinitarian" is "accepted Adventist history... either the pioneers were wrong and the present church is right, or the pioneers were right and the present Seventh-day Adventist Church has apostatized from biblical truth." (J. Moon, The Trinity, 190). In other words, either the pioneers believed in heresy, or the Church has apostatized and now believes heresy. There is no mingling of darkness with light when it comes to truth. I am asking for a personal response from Pastor Mark to explain his reasoning and intentions. Is it possible, that like the Jew's in Christ's day, in protecting the institution of the organized Church, Christ is once again being rejected= the "Spirit of Christ" is rejected for "another"?

Waiting for the book of Daniel from Elder Mark.
Do you mean a study series? I hope so. I'm currently 3/4 of the way through his Revelation studies and loving it. I've always been scared about the book of Revelation but it has been nothing what I've expected. I've actually gotten so much comfort from it. My Bible has never had so many notes written in it. Pastor Mark takes almost a whole hour to study through every chapter. And even does a few in two parts and chapter reviews of 1-11 and 12-22. I love the explanation of the background and history. I would highly recommend it. So yes, I hope he does the same study for Daniel! 😁
