I felt very sorry for Avantha when Ananda kept making big lecture talk on "Dewmi's protection". King AV did not utter a word. Is it as a mark of respect ? or Is it because of Dewmi ? All of you who are worried about the off screen lives of your favourite screen stars. I hope you are all teenagers or at least early twenties (and still wishing you were a teen!). Because if you are older and still wasting your time and emotional energies on unreal, imagined connections with screen images, you need something much stronger than friendly advice; you'd need therapy to get your lives back on track. But I am hoping (for your sakes) that you are teens or slightly older and going to give some friendly advice.
We all go through boring, unhappening phases in our lives. At such times, out of sheer boredom, to escape the daily drudgery of our lives, we find various escape routes, getting interested in other people's personal lives, is one such escape route. Getting fixated on the personal lives of your office colleagues, classmates, neighbours is bad enough, but at least you have an authentic relationship or acquaintance with them. But getting absorbed in the personal dramas of screen images is ...just so unreal. If you, at anytime find yourself getting fixated on somebody else's personal life, that means you are accepting defeat, you are admitting that you have a boring, unhappening life. Do not do that, do not accept defeat like that.
When you look in the mirror in the morning, maybe you feel that you are not as fascinating as these screen people, that your life is not as exciting. But if you focus your energies on important, real things, goals ambitions, real relationships, your life will get so fascinating, exciting....until one fine day, you will feel you have the most exciting life among all your acquaintances. But for that to happen, first you must focus on YOU. You are the most important person in the universe, the way you walk, talk, even the way you wash your hands should be fascinating to yourself, only then will your life be fascinating to others, only then you will find fulfilling relationships and a happening life. When that happens, you will feel so ashamed that you ever obsessed about some screen image's relationships, their hangouts, their social media uploads, then you will regret that you tried to get into their personal spaces, via cyber avatars. If you are young still, there is time. Please try and when you finally achieve that happening life, you will understand the need to guard that precious, happening life from snooping people with no life of their own.
