My initial reaction to the pocket clip was the same as yours, but after throwing a deep carry clip on for a while I think they made the right decision to go with a shallow clip. In my experience the knife is just too long when closed for it to be comfortable deeper in the pocket. It’s also nice to have more of the knife hanging out of the pocket when you’re working with gloves, which this knife feels well suited for.
I am a big fan of the Spyderco Manix 2 but I prefer the G10 version the lightweight just feels cheap to me and not as sturdy thanks for sharing brother

g10 spyderco's are going to be next. We decided to do a batch of the FRN ones before we move up to the G10 ones.
