      I am usually against supplements. I try to get my nutrients from healthy natural foods, which is always better. In my opinion it is stupid/lazy to make up a bad diet with supplements (taking the easy route). I do eat very healthy (oats, nuts, dark chocolate 90%, full wheat bread everyday which contains Magnesium but not that much) But I cannot add 50 grams of pumpkin seeds on top daily...it's just too much food (great protein source as well btw 32gr per 100gr)
      BUT as I have heard that due to pesticides and fertilizer with high potassium content used nowadays the magnesium content in the vegetables is very low (for example 80% of people in USA are magnesium deficient)
      Also I have some arrhythmia and problems and falling asleep so I will try this. Sleep/recovery is so damn important.
      Will report in one of your next video how this works for me.

    • @kchuen
      @kchuen ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s hard as it’s very easy to catch that kind of head movement with kicks and knees. That’s why you don’t see most kick-boxers do a lot of head movements. You can see this when fighters transition to MMA. Those with kickboxing background don’t weave their heads. But in MMA, high/body kicks are less common because of the threat of takedowns. So you see more fighters incorporating head movements.
      But again, if the other person’s wrestling is on par, and takedowns are no longer a threat in at least that time of a certain round, head movements become vulnerable to kicks again. Exactly how Leon Edwards knocked out Usman. You can for sure make use of head movement even in kickboxing. Saenchai does that. But then you need to be able to read and react and dictate the usefulness of moves in the fight.

    • @jaxonnevermore1394
      @jaxonnevermore1394 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont think he have done that video yet but from my experience, if it’s the range where both kicks and punches can land, punches are significantly faster .
      If you’re far away you will not connect punches without setting them up.
      Here you should kick and use kick feints to set up your punches like superman punch.
      Mixing up stage would be the former one.
      You can just change level between combos but punches would be faster to connect .
      But try to change it up mid combo
      to take advantage of them focusing on your movement.
      Like starting the combo with punches but finishing with kicks or kickinyor sweeping in between the combo.
      Hope this helps

      @@gamer-lt7hs sorry i wasnt clear, im right handed. karate taught me a southpaw like position, because of the quick front snap kick and the side kick.
