James. nice to see you rocking a video. ive been looking at these and that 360 one and of course CJs ninja. that said, the wife will kill me. i can put 20 Grills in the backyard but add anything to the Kitchen and i'm dead. lol... looking forward to some more cooking by you. You can season the metal pans, baskets, etc like you do for cast iron skillets. Maybe that will help on the weird smell issue.

James, great minds think alike. I bought one also from QVC. Except, I bought the bigger one that is 8 quarts instead of 6 quarts because I want to really be able to bake a full size cake in it. I’m giving my Elite to my sister ❤️. They bought can’t have counter space lol 😂. Great review, I’m looking forward to seeing your cooks.
I purchased one also from qvc's Black Friday. Can regular oven pans go into an air fryer? I'd love to try a cake too one day.
@@sunnycal2293 The regular oven is the same size at the Elite, which is a 6 quart. The 8 quart is the one that will fit a bundt pan. The actual air fryer that was advertised on QVC for Black Friday sale was the 6 quart.
@@StephaniesKitchen Hi! Yes, My air fryer is the 6 qt but wasn't sure any kind of baking pan can be used in air fryers. After looking through my recipes that came with my air fryer I saw baking pans, parchment paper and foil are acceptable. This is great to know😃

I bought my Power Air Fryer Pro months ago and today will be the first time I will do the 30 min Cook & Clean. I will see how well it will cook frozen breaded Shrimp for the first time. Looking forward to it.

I purchased this air fryer too in cinnamon from qvc on black Friday. So far I'm loving it. I only air fried some sweet potato fries and cod fish so far but it was all good and the clean up was easy enough. I hope you use yours a lot and video your meals.

The oven mitts are an unexpected addition. Pretty cool that the oven door comes off. Seems crazy that people wouldn't clean out a machine like this before using it. Nothing I know comes sanitized from the factory. Are those racks hard to clean?

LOl. i never answered your question. depending on what youre cooking. but a quick soak in water with a rag. so no, they are not that hard to clean! happy new year brother!

I have pro power air fryer that one u show on your video and love it, I'm looking more recipesfor my air fryer and tip s how to clean the inside of it the build up oil
You just have to wipe it down after every cook so oil won’t build up!

Is the power air fryer pro or elite better? I like how the pro has three trays. I know you can get this with the elite but you have to pay more. With the power air fryer Pro can you cook a 5 lb Chicken in there with the spit? Thank you for the replies
Cindy Cox the new pro 10 in 1 is the exact same as the elite. Just different design. I like them both! The pro is awesome!
Mr. James; I looked for the Power AirrFryer Pro New 10 in 1. I can only find the Power Plus; are Power Pro Elite. Or I am finding the Power XL Air Fryer. Is this Air Fryer one of Mr.. ERIC inventions. Please let me know trying to find the same one you did on your test show on. Thanks Carol
This is soooo crazy. The one I’m cooking on they don’t make anymore. Ugh. They came out with the power xl grill. Check my review on that. I’m not sure why they don’t make it anymore because it is awesome. Try qvc website. If they have it you should get it. Thanks!

Hello James, I just got my new air fryer on Sat, & wanted to make some venison jerky in it. however, I can't get the settings to go past 60 mins?
I have it set on Dehydrator & have been trying to get this machine to allow me to sit down for more than an hour but it's just not happening.
I called the Co. where I had ordered it from & they said that if it wouldn't allow me to go past 60 mins. on the cooking time then it was a defective machine so they R sending me a different one on Dec. the 4th. My ? is this what if it's me that is defective? Maybe I'm not pushing the right button? Can U shed some light on this for me Please?
My Machine is a Power XL Vortex Air Fryer Pro Plus 10qt. & I'm also looking to buy a rotating mesh basket to use when making fry's But I was told by a young CSR that since this machine is so new that they've not even made a Mesh Basket that fits on the Rotisserie tool yet ??????? can U shed any light on this as well?

Yes I was in the right button to make jerky but I can't get the fryer to go any longer then 60 mins. How do I get this fryer to increase in the time settings? I know this fryer has to ba able to be set to run for longer then 60min. but can't seem to figure out how to increase the time for cooking no matter what button I push....
Adele Hayes sorry I didn’t realize how long it was. If you are dehydrating you should be able to set it for a lot longer. If u hit the dehydrator button and can’t put it for more than an hour something is wrong. The mesh basket is available. I’m not sure you have the same machine I have

When I ordered my airfryer it came from Walmart & I'm sorry to say that the paper work that came W/it is lacking. & when I called Walmart, Well U know...They told me to call the maker & when I called them they didn't speak ENGLISH....I've already sent the first one back & they've sent me out yet another new one that has they same problem....... Tecle Paulos hello. The best way to get rid of the smell is wash it out with with warm water and soap. After that then cook some bacon in it. 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. After bacon is done take bacon out and leave the grease in the bottom drip tray and turn the air fryer back on at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. How often do use it?

@@CookinWithJames Correct. Returned it today after trying different outlets, transformers, and cooking setting to confirm it's not a power issue or something else. Just unlucky since every other component worked.

I bought one of the Pro Air Fryer and it stopped working within one year. I also bought two of the air fryer with the pullout pan and they stopped working. Please don't waste your money. They say the Emeril air fryer is better
Never tried the emeril. But I’ve had this for over a year. Sorry yours broke
