I like the technique, but I try to cook without oils, butter or anything high in saturated fat. I'm wondering if this could be made without the butter and oil and in an air fryer or baked. I really like your technique for getting the thin folds in the bun. It's like a bird's nest. I also noticed that you used no leaven, such as yeast or baking powder. Maybe all-purpose flour has leaven in it. I really do like your video. I like how quickly and simply you show us the steps. Thank you for sharing.

After cutting thinly with a knife, apply a little oil with brush and then sprinkle a little flour on this side, then fold it on your hand and keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, make it a proper shape and bake it.
