My Lord... These back hand drives starting at 7:26... Audience and commentators also enjoyed the incredible skills of those two. Never seen that many perfect lines in a row.
@@arnaud78 actually, it depends on where you come from -- some countries (e.g. USA) do indeed call them 'rails', but in Australia (for example) it's a 'drive' or 'straight length' -- I've never heard the term 'rail' used in Australia (or in England when I was playing there)
Every bit as good as it looked from the highlights. In particular I've seen a lot of beautiful glued-to-the-wall exchanges but that sequence at 7:22... Ten in a row... I think that's the finest I've ever seen.
Jahangir Khan did one like that against Rodney Martin in the British Open finals where he did a full split, recovered from the split, full out court sprint to retrieve the drop, and wound up winning the point. That's the best one I can remember, but this is up there.
If there ever was a game proving Farag is channeling Jansher Khan, it’s this one. Those front and back court retrievals are unbelievable and it’s good we have video replay to prove they were all good to Coll. I like how both play very clean and flowing squash too. A perfect example of what we’d like to see in the Olympics one day.
Yes, that looked like a stroke, indeed. But this is squash, so you never know... I really appreciate how Farag just took it easy and continued to play without needles discussion.
I'm very glad to see the ref do a video review. Otherwise I wasn't impressed with Coll. Coll is superman but does he have to broadcast almost all of his shots? Does he even know how not to broadcast his shots?

Rails actually, not drives. But yes, that was one impressive lineup!

@@petereedy6092 Ah, thank you for that. As far as I always understood there is that difference, but I could be wrong.

Agreed!
That back wall boast retrieval at 10:46 is quite possibly the best I've ever seen.

What a game! Looking forward to seeing where Coll's path leads in future.
My two favourite players!

Beautiful.
Remembering Rod against Jahangir
Absolutely great sport...

Excellent
Can someone explain to me what happened at 11:06? Did the ball hit the tin?
newbro Yep the ball was deemed to have hit the tin which is why they say ‘ball is down’
Coll looks a bit like Antoine Griezmann
Bro that’s true 😂
When farag was on match point, that looked like a stroke to me
Unfortunately the title gave out away
As a new squash player, could someone please explain to me why they are dragging their hands against the wall after every point?
Because their hands are wet so they just rub it with walls to make their dry
Anyone got a link for the full game for free please?
I wish
Well play cooll.. welldone
My God...the point played at 5-5.
Thought Coll deserved that one, some of the crosscourt nick attempts by Farag looked a bit loose.
That pickup from Coll at 12.11 was perfectly OK!!!
WHY IN THE WORLD DID HE GAVE IT UP AS A NOT UP?? So WEIRD?!!
Good point! I've just re watched that. He reached it easily, then just slammed it into the wall! Strange!
probably because the ball was flying to him and he knew it would be a stroke to Farag
@@ricky31425 got ya!

Yah... You might be right..Good point.
Christjesus loved us dyed for us rescues us from the darkness
Seems at times Farag was toying with him.
That was a stroke at match ball
agreed - would have been stroke if not match ball

Is that it? Where is the remaining of the match
"free game friday"
Read the title. Free Game, not Free Match.
