Making a great first impression in a new job is essential. Be on time, be prepared, and be positive. Be yourself and let your enthusiasm shine through.
It’s like you knew I was just hired at a new job and am nervous!
Lol, same here. Day 1 tomorrow.
😂
Also tomorrow my first day school 😂😂
Btw u look gorgeous❤
Good luck everyone!
I'm cheering y'all on! 🥳
It's just a job. Be yourself and work on your goals. Nothing to prove to anyone.
not if it's a career.
skills are what protect people's career. Not focusing on what your boss thinks.
@@hamzaelalami9911People are not so rational as you might think. You need these if you want to grow
But the idea of the video is not about proof. How to be yourself and have less stress when you start.
Not really agree based on a few jobs I’ve worked your coworkers are really paying attention into what you do and they might tell your boss 😅
I made a fool of myself at my last job. I will not make that mistake again. Thank you for this video!
What did you do wrong?
He speaking of reading people like books when i'm Feeling accomplished from simply surviving social interaction and doing my utmost to not be an emotional wreckage all the time lol
Hope we can find and make this work place everyone!
This should be a series
deadass just got hired out of a career swap and this is what I needed THANKS
is there more videos like this? i want to know more ! please.
Literally just started my new job yesterday! 😮 TH-cam algorithms are next level.
You'll do great!!!
How have the last 8 months been going for you in the new job? I'm interested :)
TED can you make this a series!
spot on!
I do completely agree with the things you’ve mentioned.however I am of the idea that you shouldn’t copy the actions your colleagues do cause the creativity will be dead in that case.
Great video !
I'm going to embark on a new job. Hopefully it's going well. ❤
Great!
Sorry but no. Not asking question when you should is the worst way to demonstrate competency. Instead of saying, “I’ll do my best”, it says, “I don’t care what y’all do, I’ll do it my own way and make it up as I go.”
It's great!
Interesting!!😁
It is hard to get along with colleagues when u are new in the place.
Can you why?
Iam try making a great impression in first interview
This guy totally works in HR
Nice❤
How did you know that i have an Info dump meeting on my first day today?? Thank you!
Hope this helps you manage the bombardment with greater confidence!
Took me a long time to learn to only get Kosher items for my bosses in all my jobs as a secretary.
For this, First you need a job.. 😅
I have a massive fear of failure and suffer from chronic imposter syndrome.
Great! I'm here on 10/2023
Try until you can’t try anymore 👍🏽
Don’t befriend anyone. Go in there and do your job. That’s it.
who is this guy
Hello imposter syndrome community
Whatever became of TED that they're posting low quality nothing burgers like this?
why smiling so hard. not natural
This is just all good advice for white people who can LITERALLY just go to a job and wait for promotions to just happen out of thin air. Can you do a series of this for REAL advice, for like minorities that have to deal with things like representing their entire race, or maybe minorities who have many years of experience and still dont get hired at a new job unless they get hired at entry level positions?
Maybe you can do one about how companies use hard working and insightful minorities employees to parade off their diversity and inclusion mumbo jumbo and then never promote that employee whatsoever in favor of inexperienced white people. Or you can do one about how any given organization chart in America looks like a glass of soda that has been left out in the sun all day and melts- meaning all the dark stuff goes to the bottom and the top is so clear that its see through.
