Second choose a safe/comfort place in your house and lock the door (it can be kitchen, so you can cook something and keep yourself calm), you can put on some energetic music if you have it installed in your phone (if you don't have, you can open a window a little bit, so the sounds of cars from the outside can be heard). If the lights go off at night, you can put a candle or a flashlight in the place you locked to keep some vision and comfort. Take care of yourselves and have a nice day :))
