    Please don’t fall into the trap of so many other TH-camrs and become a “shopping” channel. Your regular content is so interesting and well presented. 😊

      Totally understand, I separated it out of our normal sunday episode with this in mind. We try and limit the product stuff as many of the channels we watch have promotion in every episode. No more for a while...promise 😬

      On the other hand, I would like to know why/why not a product or tool that they are using is useful for the money it costs. For example, I would never in the past have considered that mini skid steer if not for Ian & Julie's testimonials as they used it. And they point out the bad as well as the good features, which, in a strictly 'product review' mode, you would only point out the good.

      @@dougtravins9624 I watch tons of video where they don't talk about the tools or stuff they are using.. Its easy to see the brand name.. I don't them telling me all about it to sell it to me.. The mini skid steer they got is not the one... its center of gravity is to high that's why Ian has a time using it for mildly heavy stuff. watch how much it bounces. Thats another reason Julie probably won't use it.. it needs Ian's weight (sorry Ian) to help control it.

      @@HomesteadingUncontained I really like the way you are running the channel with the homestead and building videos coming out on Sundays and then throwing in a Wednesday special showing off a great product or a rally car update. It’s very nice keep up the great work!!!

    Can't trust reviews when bike is sent for free! Especially Engwe!

      True - but I run a cycling business and this bike is a great addition to our fleet. If it was crap I would have said (I have sent products back when they are bad) Plus I don't do many reviews anyway.

    Still happy with my M20 and wifes L20....both will whizz along at 44 kms per hour....we have the two battery version. (save those cable ties.) Mine are both de-limited in Poland nob ody is going to say anything in this rural area.....(loads of unregistered quads whizzing about).

      As soon as I received them I de-limited them so they go pretty fast. They are nice bikes and now we have two to enjoy.

      Now I did notice the battery indicator increase after descending but I could not find any technical info to back it up.

    I'm quoting @jf6487 "Please don’t fall into the trap of so many other TH-camrs and become a “shopping” channel. Your regular content is so interesting and well presented"
    You have a great channel.. You don't need to hawk companies wares.. There are tons of great channels that don't do that. You don't need to either..
    When you do the " Reviews" you are in fact selling for the company that sent you the bike or the mini digger or whatever. They may not pay you in cash but they pay you with stuff. When you show the thing and talk up mostly all the good things and then add in a few negatives, you are indorsing that product. I bumped into your channel a year or so ago and have enjoyed your story.
    You have all the right stuff in your videos to draw people in. Don't sell your channel for stuff. Good luck.. BTW what happen with the generator ?

    • @HomesteadingUncontained
      @HomesteadingUncontained  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I hear you, but sometimes we could never afford some of the products that are sent to us, such as the portable power stations which now power our out build. The digger we bought ourselves. The bikes are just a bit of fun. We try not show too much stuff and like this one, separate it out totally so it does not confuse our normal content. We will only accept relevant kit that will be part of our build in the future as it is a lot of work trying to make some of this stuff look good (the bikes are good by the way 😉)
