I remember watching my granny cook homemade spaghetti, chicken parmesan, parm crursted chicken cutlets, lasgana. She was Irish but my grandfather (who passed before my birth) his family was Sicilian so Grannys inlaws taught her all kinds of things. Everything was always so good and aroma was throughout the house all day leading up to dinner. And when we ate, specifically dinner it was an ordeal. Something my parents never did so it was special, also some of the best food ive ever had in my life. These videos take me to that.

A good quality ricotta doesn't need to be seasoned. She's using Polly-O, I eat it on toast, I eat it right out of the container. It's delicious. I love it

People love her so much she is the only person that could ever get away with cooking with her hands. Lol. 😳 My mom told me she had to make everything from scratch when I was very young which was delicious. There was no such thing as ready made dressings noodles or anything close until the 50's or 60's. Canning was popular. By the 70's hamburger helper came out. Yuk mom's new helper. I miss my Grannys cooking. I think of her watching your precious Nonna. She wasn't Italian but an awesome southern style cook.
