We have a caravan booked in September, ours says 4 arrival but you can get there earlier and go in the bar or eating places we always try for 2pm and sometimes the van is ready
Pat did make me laugh about the mars bar!!! Ha ha!!! that's the trouble with keeping chocolate in the fridge, every time you open the door it shouts 'cooee!! You know you want to eat me'!!! See you tomorrow, bye!!!!
A lovely vlog, know this was yesterday’s very funny the mars bar incident gave me a chuckle, I must admit I’m guilty of being a evening nibbler evening during the night would wake up for a nibble usually after visiting the bathroom would be guilty of that, although quit the night time nibbling some time ago so quite proud of that ❤😊
Pat is ok nibbling in the evening as long as it's not sweet stuff as she is diabetic. Pat could do with putting weight on, but it's difficult when everything has so much sugar in it. Well done you for vanquishing your demons.
@@trevorpat-lifeontherun this is the trouble though isn’t it with things the amount of sugar is incredible, I had a doctor once tell me if carried putting weight on I would become diabetic, did loose a good amount of weight which was good, my dad has his blood sugars(glucose) checked every year must be two years ago now was told he was prediabetic so straightaway went on quite a strict diet to lose weight he did really well, still is, was also doing more exercise and swimming twice a week the ironic thing was in January this year suffered a heart attack so with that had to change his diet again add more things into, but recovered well had two stents put in 😊❤️
I went through a nibbling phase while watching youtube eating peanuts and crisps i was shocked when it came near to my sons wedding last year how much weight i had put on so i stopped eating them all together and lost 3 stone, scared to get weighed again because it fell off so fast but i was a skinny one before.
A similar story about Land owners etc is true in the History of Barnburgh Castle the village workers cottages and small Hospital a very interesting place to visit full of history and a beautiful place hope you two visit
The last time I was 6st 8, I must have been 12 years old!! I'm about 11 stone so probably fatter than you Trevor😢 I don't blame you for eating the Mars bar Pat 😂😂😂 My Mom used to leave a little chocolate bar like a Milky Way for me and my sister, either end of the fireplace, for when we came home from school. I remember eating my sisters the one time and I blamed the dog, but unfortunately I put the wrapper in the bin, dropping myself in it!😂😂
