- How to Fix Non-Customer Mode in Xerox WorkCentre. In this video, I will be demonstrating how I fixed the Non Customer Mode issue on Xerox Workcentre. Also will be showing how to replace the Fiery Board RAM Battery also known as Xerox® WorkCentre™ 7655 7665 7675 7755 7765 7775 NVM Memory Back Up Battery 960K27122 960K14440 207E22200. This was to fix the 'CCM POST failure. NVM battery may be dead' error as shown on the logs.

Hi. Thanks for the video. I have C8035. there is two problems. one is that when I click the sleep mode manually, it shows the following error and doesn't go to sleep mode:
"a condition exists that prevents device to go to sleep"
The second one is that it shows the non-customer mode error.

Ok, we have a wc7855 in non-customer mode the battery has over 3 volts, what else do you think it could be???
i got it, this wasn't the issue, but it gave me access to what i needed to clear, reset, and reboot. Came up like a whole new machine!!

Problem in Xerox 58xx. This machine takes around 5mints to ready for operation. Please tell me how it ready fast for operation.
That is common... the printer had to heat up in order to melt the color powder! So it takes around 5 mins which is common!
When I unscrew the board, and pull the handle it turns on. Maybe the power needs to be completly off? Where to buy the NVM for WorkCentre 7545?
Yes turn off the device before unscrewing! And the NVM can be bought online from Amazon.

@@JeroenSteen I just used a mini screwdriver and lifted it gently from all sides.
@@TechzClubOfficial I did it with my finger, and lifted it up underneath the corner with the black dot. That works as well.
How about SIM insertion machine not set?
My WC5875 machine is restarting when some work is doing. what may be the reason?
I'm not sure but it could be some software issue. Maybe needs a firmware update or reset should help! Better to consult a technician.
