Cappy and bottle cause your vault happiness rating to go up. They hang around for about 2 mins then leave your vault.

My primary weapons are a guided Fatman, a mini gun, and the alien laser

Fatmans aren't all that good, because it takes the dwellers FOREVER to actually launch the damn thing, but by the time they do the enemy is already dead (or if you're being attacked the enemy will pass on to another room or die)

the quest is really easy, I used a baseball bat and bb guns and I cleared the building, so I think you can do it

Pick the highest level Dwellers ( preferably the ones that have High Endurance ) and equip them with your strongest weapons, Hope you make it.
