Not possible on the first day. But definitely achievable if practiced with discipline. Also need to focus on breathing technique.

It took me 4 weeks to achieve 5 km in 37 minutes. Then around same time(3 weeks) to achieve 5 km in 30 minutes. It's not impossible.

Nahi, it is in a national park where other animals will not be allowed. We would not recommend it either on such a trek, since there are lots of local dogs who do not take kindly to outside dogs.
