@RufusVidS An update for the software and firmware was released at the 2011 Microchip Masters Conference. The update increased the tools throughput and cleaned up various bugs. The source code for this tool will be released in the future for customer modification.
Hello - The current version of the GUI will transmit the RAW can message onto a CAN BUS. The tool doesn’t provide any OEM specific network information that would be required to communicate with modules on a vehicle. Thank you.

hi im student and i have project with ethercat . i use ethercat shield from italian company named easycat shield . this shield contain microchip LAN9252 and until now it work perfectly with ethercat . my proffessor but want that i use canopen on this shield .is that possible ? if yes can you please help me or giving me idee wehre i must start to implement canopen with this device
The software is buggy and not well supported, but the unit is good for simple and quick tests. It stops collection for no apparent reason when logging data.
Hi! This seems similar to the "Vector VN1610", why do we need OEM specific network information? If we know the format of the "CAN message" for the car, CAN IDs for the car, the checksum and other details, it should be possible to send a "RAW message" directly to the "ECU" and receive a response?
great video.. on the factory-floor Can-Bus sensors "temp, pressure, speed, etc" are networked to PLC-machine-devices.. which requires some test equipment for troubleshooting.. thanks..:)
hello. I would like to run outside of the vehicle display. but I can not do it. I read vehicle data bus analysis using their lives . panel does not work when I send data to the panel outside the vehicle . pleas help me. thnx
