That Hepco and Becker gear is really sweet! They really jumped out of the gate with the products and have the best service to back it up. I noticed you have your own discount code. Very cool!
@@adventureundone Oh awesome thank you! The only ones I can ever find have barkbusters in white going across the knuckle which I'm trying to avoid haha
Yeah, I must agree that you've made this bike over. When I 1st saw her I wondered how you could make the seat/fender/rack all be functional & looking good at the same time but you've delivered that pretty well. The seat was too small & I didn't see how you'd be able to stretch the bike out, so to speak, so that there'd be a place for the side saddles? Impressive but I'm so easy to impress .... peace
I said something about the bike on the last video but not anything hateful.... lol, not my style but what I said above is true >> > I saw no way for that tiny scrambler seat to offer up a way to add a longer seat & all the travel gear. Vid #1 to #2 was pretty well delivered, as I said & I believe you as you say, "much more to come" . peace
Glad someones making good content on these bikes, was looking at the crf300l but im thinking the scl500 would be more fun on twisty mountain/ gravel roads
By the way, I removed my stock exhaust and rear passenger pegs, and that alone was almost 20lbs. off,I went for the Arrow exhaust since it was the quietest for scl500, and that one weights about 7lbs., I believe
Thé Big problème on this bike IS only for the off road, because the exhaust witch is located under the engine it's not possible tu put stone plate protection , it's only for this reason i don't buy this bike it's a pity for me because except this i love so much this bike.I Thought a lot about this exhaust but i can't find any solution
This bike is really coming along. Make sure to sub up for more to come.
Looking to get this as my first bike here in a couple days, my mod list grows larger with every video you post lmao
🤣
This is awesome! Keep it up! We need more unique builds like this! 💪

Wait I didn’t know I had a discount code for HB 🤔
@@adventureundone You'll have to press them for one. I should have clicked on your links first

Awesome accessories, H and B has some cool and quality stuff 👌
SUSPENSION NEXT PLEASE !

Suspension is in the works but a little later
I'm looking into getting handguards for my cl500 and was just wondering which ones you have man. Great content by the way!

I’m yeah, 100% would take this over the 300 in the twisties or longer trips

I have an exhaust inbound 🤫 , and I have been debating taking off the rear pegs as well
I love you, bro.....but this bike would never be on my radar for possible ownership. To each his own, though. Have a blessed Christmas.
Thanks man, and it’s not for everyone but a fun project to see what it can become
Bashplate?
Inbound 👍

I'll have some protection coverage coming soon ;)
