Yup. The Snake Infiltrator was just parts as far as I was concerned. Don't even know what I did with the head. I had a spare MOTU Classics Man-At-Arms head set aside for it long before it shipped. Even without other mods, that combo is way better than the initial Origins Release.

Red Hoarde Trooper problem is easily solved by making him a general or high ranking officer. That eliminates the need for having more than one unless you get really carried away with building huge armies like some of those amazing trooper armies in Star Wars circles.

Epic. I failed to collect them all. I started out very strong then as the late stage Walmart and MC exclusives rolled out; I was unable to score. Very disappointing. Still love this line. Just makes me a little ill when I see the collection holes.

Honestly Fang-Or is my favorite Snake Man as well! He’s just the coolest one, and changes the way Man At Arms was taken away from the Masters and became Snake Man At Arms forever because the Snake Men needed a Mechanic, that was crazy to me. Plus being a maintenance man seeing a badass figure come with a wrench accessory was so cool to me!
I really enjoyed this in-depth ranking! I was going strong collecting every origins figure up until they started selling more of them online rather than at retail. Origins is such a great line. Masterverse started out rough, making me disinterested, but they look a lot better now, and I mostly collect them. I kinda want to do a ranking video now 🤣
Too me Wun-Dar will probably always be my #1 as someone born after even the 200X show finished airing my connection to these characters has always been how they look and smth about the brown hair and black armor tickled my brain the right way to get me into the line and MotU as a whole!
LOL snake men infiltrator is one if my favoutite figures! 😅 It was my only option to buy a palace guard replacement due to lack in stores regular palace guards so I bought multiple "snake men guards" instead.
Poor guy was guilty by association like I said in the video he’s actually great, but in my mind he got lumped in with that mini comics stratos wave that tanked the line at retail.

I find myself in the same position and with a similar sized collection and an incoming Eternia, I was starting to look at my figures with regret. I have been considering selling off my Masters figures to make space, but this video has reignited my passion and truly made me feel grateful for what I have. I never see MOTU origins on pegs anyways sadly. The wave with jitsu is so dusty from sitting on the peg at my local Walmart so long it’s not funny. All the new MOTU figs I’ve gotten have been from discount stores. I found a snake face and snake armor skeletor yesterday at Ross with unpunched cards, so that just shows it never actually ended up at any store. I really don’t order stuff online, so I don’t really want them to go online from now on. I’d rather them just fix distribution to physical stores.

I was lucky enough to buy a job lot about 2 years ago, Castle greyskull, loads of figures and vehicles for 150 quid. Bargain, i have since added to this with mint in package figures and vehicles and bought snake mountain, not easy living uk. All i need now is to find a way to display it all
Yes. Makes sense that he'd be at the top. One of those figures that showed what Origins could have been. It's interesting because even next to his own faction, he could pass for something from a different line; like the same IP in a separate iteration. It's beyond where he made his first appearance. Color Pallette goes a long way - it was a good call to not overly brighten him up for an Origins translation.
Another miss of a mile is a green Goddes, It is also one of my favourite figures! I also like the first release Skeletor the most! It is funny how different taste two people who are into same franchise could have. 😅

Cheers to Origins 🍻. I've had many criticisms but overall it's been been fun. Can't say I really have much of a Ranking Order. But if there is a "Top Spot", it goes to the Modularity. I've had a blast messing around with mods. Not only MOTU Origins with MOTU Origins, but MOTWWEU, ROS, MOTU Classics, Vintage MOTU, Galaxy Warriors, Combo, Masterverse and so on. As connected as I am to MOTU(a bad iteration could not "kill the brand" for me or "ruin my childhood"😂), in the end this is all Extra. I'm glad it happened.
I think if they had given regular Stratos the blue jet pack and red wings, it would have made mini comics Stratos a bit different, and you would have had both variants with the accessories.

They missed the mark on the Battle Armor variants for sure compared to vintage. The chest armor isn’t contoured appropriately to look like it’s torso armor. The same applies to Thunder Punch.
Stratos has a kinda odd status in MotU Fandom. He's popular, but I think in any line, you want one, and that one is the well known gray/red/blue colors. Unlike a Trap Jaw that you will get Kronus, Mini Comic Trap Jaw, and classic with no complaints.
The problem with a lot of the snake figures is that people don't know their place in the lore. For example, they don't know WHY Snake Teela is......Snake Teela. A person really has to have read the comics. King Hiss placed a spell on Teela to make him his bride. AFter Teela defeating him, the snake men chose to follow her as their new leader. Then she became the new sorceress, which is why she maintained her snake persona. When the lore is understood, it really allows more respect for the charcters.
Why don’t they just bring back the MOTU 200X series collection already?! I mean they practically have so much more to offer if they add more to their castle Grey Skull like they did with the vintage line people would go crazy.
26:05 look dude I often agree with you on a lot of things and can usually let critizicisms slide, but I'm BEGGING YOU, please read Masters of the Multiverse (preferably the trade as it comes with character art that'll further my point), Keldor's face does look EXACTLY like that as He-Man! The only difference would be the harness should have new sculpting to make the cross the bones, also some white paint on the hair. Seriously not hating and I'm not saying you gotta change your ranking for him, but what you're saying needs to be changed with him is very much not the real issue with him.

Great ranking video about the figures you dont have is missing two the skeletor art of engineering and the 35th anniversary she-ra. 113 owned + 15 missing (2019 - 2023) origins total only figures = 128
Weird. That 2nd SunnMan 3pk is available in ample quantities at every Target Ive been to. We have 8 of them. Pig Man is on pegs right now at a few places. Origins isnt dead at retail. Filmation is still Origins. Were still getting the rest of the original line in Origins and Eternia and the Snake Men lair are coming along with Bashosaurus vehicle and the Powers of Grayskull characters. Lots of life left in the line. I just realzed I have two naked Stratos. The other is the Reaction version. I think there are 3 or 4 versions in that line. The mini comics figs arent for non-fans. Only fans are buying this line to begin with.

Begining of the list and I am already so disagree... 😅 Kronis is really cool because You can enrich Your Ethernia by another representant of other race or specie of a blue skin men aswell as Keldor. The same with the comic book Stratos. I have multiple of them to create an army of Avians with grey Stratos as a lider. By the way He man is also a half naked guy abd nobody boders. ;)

The Figure is cool. But not the feet. I hate these regular sock-feet of Beast-Man, Stratos and Moss-Man. That messes up the whole look of every one of these figures. If there was modelling clay that one can "self-colorate" then I would buy some and practice until I get some decent feet done. I don´t want something painted because every paint-coat rubs off some day.

I only bought the MOTU TMNT figure with the BAF parts for Metalhead. They are cool figures, though.

@fanboysforever that's exactly what I meant. Sorry it wasn't clear. I was falling asleep lol. Yeh it's going for £50 - £100 routinely and usually the higher end. Its probably the main reason I don't collect the whole line. The mark ups and difficulty on exclusives are crazy. Cheers
They missed the mark on the Battle Armor variants for sure compared to vintage. The chest armor isn’t contoured appropriately to look like it’s torso armor. The same applies to Thunder Punch.
Stratos has a kinda odd status in MotU Fandom. He's popular, but I think in any line, you want one, and that one is the well known gray/red/blue colors. Unlike a Trap Jaw that you will get Kronus, Mini Comic Trap Jaw, and classic with no complaints.
The problem with a lot of the snake figures is that people don't know their place in the lore. For example, they don't know WHY Snake Teela is......Snake Teela. A person really has to have read the comics. King Hiss placed a spell on Teela to make him his bride. AFter Teela defeating him, the snake men chose to follow her as their new leader. Then she became the new sorceress, which is why she maintained her snake persona. When the lore is understood, it really allows more respect for the charcters.
Why don’t they just bring back the MOTU 200X series collection already?! I mean they practically have so much more to offer if they add more to their castle Grey Skull like they did with the vintage line people would go crazy.

26:05 look dude I often agree with you on a lot of things and can usually let critizicisms slide, but I'm BEGGING YOU, please read Masters of the Multiverse (preferably the trade as it comes with character art that'll further my point), Keldor's face does look EXACTLY like that as He-Man! The only difference would be the harness should have new sculpting to make the cross the bones, also some white paint on the hair.
Seriously not hating and I'm not saying you gotta change your ranking for him, but what you're saying needs to be changed with him is very much not the real issue with him.

And again sorry for being annoying about it, I just think a lot of people are sleeping on that comic series & as a result many fans don't know what to make of him, when in my opinion he's one of the best characters in the franchise and Mattel did him dirty by releasing him like that.

Weird. That 2nd SunnMan 3pk is available in ample quantities at every Target Ive been to. We have 8 of them. Pig Man is on pegs right now at a few places.
Origins isnt dead at retail. Filmation is still Origins. Were still getting the rest of the original line in Origins and Eternia and the Snake Men lair are coming along with Bashosaurus vehicle and the Powers of Grayskull characters. Lots of life left in the line.
I just realzed I have two naked Stratos. The other is the Reaction version. I think there are 3 or 4 versions in that line.
The mini comics figs arent for non-fans. Only fans are buying this line to begin with.

The same with the comic book Stratos. I have multiple of them to create an army of Avians with grey Stratos as a lider. By the way He man is also a half naked guy abd nobody boders. ;)

Not sure how you include figures with swapped out parts, seems pretty redundant. Also lowering the listing based on availability is kind of biased on your part. And not to mention your unoriginal ideas for enhancing certain figures like Fisto for example “diecast on the fist” I wonder where that idea came from?

The Figure is cool. But not the feet. I hate these regular sock-feet of Beast-Man, Stratos and Moss-Man. That messes up the whole look of every one of these figures.
If there was modelling clay that one can "self-colorate" then I would buy some and practice until I get some decent feet done. I don´t want something painted because every paint-coat rubs off some day.

This is a ranking video, I have to justify why one figure is lower than the others. What astounds me is I’m starting to get several of these comments.
