Bila pemda kondisi dgn pemerintah pusat dibikin jabatan berbasis tol layang / play over hanya 100 atau 200 meter tanpa tiang pancang, cukup ddibuatt pondasi bantalan di 4 atau 8 titik. Jauh lebih baik dan nyaman.
