Drinking bird quite a popular move here in studio classes. Like many, it’s a newly invented one along with divers pose. Not far to fall with the heels up 😊 hope you’re feeling more energised as your week has progressed? ❤️🙏

It was another lesson showing me how held back the functionality of my hipjoints is still, the pelvic floor so prone to clamp down on the range of the joint; your lessons point attention to these areas of movement, very instructive! ❤️🙏🏻

You know I think, losing weight is a product of many things. Calorie deficit, hormones, movement, mindfulness. Tougher as we age for sure. Eating well and movement helps. ❤️🙏
