Do VFD need be programmed for what parameters need be passed
And was VFD programmed manual by keypad of VFD or programmed by computer?

All VFD need corresponding parameters for the Motor to be controlled. Parameters are input manually by the keypad or touchpad of the VFD. You can find which parameter can be changed from the default value in the VFD's manual.
