I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜
This gives me a similar feeling of when I became stranded in New Orleans during a lost luggage incident and I didn't have my license but I had my ID and cards and cash (misplaced license with the lost luggage bc oops) so I couldn't rent a car- but while I was pretty upset from the ordeal - I went and decided to go grab a bite to eat while I sorted my thoughts. I went to a restaurant called Felix's and had turtle soup! I explored a bit afterwards and found a hotel, but I was scared bc I'd never been in that situation. And it worked out! the next morning I got a call and my lost luggage had been recovered and I had family coming through with a rented car and they were happy to let me hitch a ride with them :D This gives me that same feeling- almost dream like and a certain type of surrealness knowing that you're away from home and existing around all of these new people in an unfamiliar place. This is beautiful! I hope you remember it all fondly.
