As such we are known for our love of traditional roast beef but this is something else. Can't imagine how awesome those epic slabs of roast beef must smell whilst grilling.
The cheese should be on the bottom w/potatoes. No respect/integrity for the meat. They do this same shit at some korean bbq places. Shred massive amounts of mozzarella on braised short ribs :/
