I know how you feel, but i was fortunaly enough to visit Asia and mainly Thailand 8 times before i got disabled. And yes she makes my day when i see her smile when she is enjoying that great food they serve out there. Everytime when i see them, i can smell the aroma,s from a nightmarket in thailand. I hope you will be able to travel in the future,and for your information. Thailand is very good accesable in a wheelchair. And they are very helpfull to people whit fisical problems. Don,t be affraid

The amount red tape, and health and food safety regulations that every vendor would need to follow in the United States to have a market like this at that size is the reason why we don’t have markets like this in our major cities anymore. Plus people in the United States are free to sue you for any reason, so imagine the food illness lawsuits that would come if this kind of food market existed in any major US city.

They must have tougher/harder stomachs down in Thailand because as interesting/fascinating as I find your videos as someone with their own allergies and having to take food safe (every year) the casual disregard of cross-contamination between raw/cooked items and mixing of various food types makes me cringe for some of the stalls. But I am very happy to see others practice food safety, if I ever do a get a chance to visit I know I can eat at some of the stalls. Still love seeing the possibilities that are available as a food lover kinda wish we has something in our country but food is always cheaper when it's local and doesn't have to ship. 💯❤👏👍

The sausages are incredible. They didn't show the fried oyster omelet but it's also amazing. Skip the burger and pancake. If you want sweets, try mango sticky rice or coconut shake.

While I don't particularly care for Thai-style iced tea because all that condensed milk is too heavy a flavor for me, the tea-ware from that street vendor is to die for. Such a beautiful presentation also.
I love this channel so much. I watch it almost every day! But that omelet rice, people with allergies couldn't eat there, could they? I always think that way, I know someone anaphalactic to seafood. Actually, people with seafood allergies couldn't eat at most of these places😂 it's wild to see different cross contamination laws in different countries!
When I lived in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, Roti was my FAVORITE thing to eat with a side of curry🤤. My dad and I would take walks in the morning and stop at our usual stall. I miss it so much😩
@shannondore true..but I've warmed up Nutella and it wasn't this runny...wonder if they add oil... another YTer I watch said in Thailand some vendors have the container of Nutella..but said it's definitely not the real deal..said it tastes different...could be off brand 🤷🏼♀️

Just make sure the venders dont wipe their snotty noses with their bare hands, then proceed to handle and touch your food without washing.
