This guitar is dialed and I wouldn't be mad about having one. 😁

A Baritone guitar is one with a longer neck, Most guitars are between 24 3/4 inches, to 25 1/2 inches, 628mm to 648mm, a baritone guitar has a neck that is longer than that, 26.5 inches or 673mm is the shortest scale that I've seen referred to as a baritone, but they usually start around 27 inches (685mm) and can be as long as 29-30 inches 736-762mm.
Tuning is usually a 4th down or 5 half-steps, but frequently go lower than that,
7 strings are usually in that short baritone range as far as scale length, but I've seen several that have typical guitar scale lengths, and in standard 7 string tuning you get the same low B as you do on a baritone, however with Baritone guitars you can tune lower easier without excessively increasing the string gauges, or floppy strings,
this 7 string has a full 27in (685mm) baritone scale length, and the lower B which means you can get away with lighter strings for the same standard 7 string tuning or you can tune lower easier with heavier gauges.

A baritone guitar has a scale length longer than 27” (26.5” is longer than Fender/Gibson scale lengths but not quite baritone), whether it be a 6 string, 7 string, or 8 string design.
Standard tuning for a baritone 6 or 7 string is 5 semitones below Standard E, making the tuning:
      B
      E
      A
      D
      G
      B
      E
A baritone 8 string is tuned 5 semitones lower than a 7 string, making the tuning:
      F#
      B
      E
      A
      D
      G
      B
      E
      Hope this helps!
