I agree, folks saying Everything is priced too expensive.. yes it might be, but they don't complain when prices come down when it's a buyers market.. It's what makes the World 🌍 go around.. It's a sellers market right now. To find something under $100K that you can move right into is unheard of. It's perfect for what most folks are looking for, to get away from Everyone when TSHTF... this is ideal for it..... nice property Phil
