I'm a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, Sophia and Cecilia wanted to share their lunch box.
Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children's long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!
Here is everything we added to the lunch boxes -
LUNCH BOX:
- Tuna Salad🐟
- Celery and Onions (Optional) 🧅
- Green Peas 🫛
- Turkish Apricots 🧡
- String Cheese 🧀
- Sourdough Parmesan Garlic Croutons 🥖
- Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪
SNACK JARS:
- Granny Smith Apples 🍏
- Peanut Butter 🥜
- Pumpkin Seeds 🎃
- Trail Mix
• Cashews
• Coconut Flakes 🥥
• Chocolate Chips 🍪
• Raisins 🍇
• Pumpkin Seeds 🎃
• Popcorn 🍿
• Chocolate Sea Salt Cereal 🍫
