Running Shinobi CCTV in Docker

how does it compare to blue vision, guarding vision etc? looking for docker cctv software alternatives

This installs the very old version 2 of Shinobi. Updating 2 > 3 from within the superuser panel fails.
Could you pls show how to install Shinobi/Docker v3?
