He already reacted to Beth and Joe 'I'd Rather Go Blind'. Either he doesn't realize Joe Bonamassa is the guitarist in both the videos he reacted to or, he reacted to this one earlier and uploaded it later. A lot of these YT content creators do that. Post something on another platform then post it here later on.

Joe is arguably the best blues guitarist playing now. Once you listen to more of his playing you realize none of the annoying fret slide noises are evident, his timing is impeccable and he happily shares the stage with far better vocalists like Beth Hart. You need to dive deeper into this guy.

Edward… Joe is right there, I hear you. Just try Kenny Wayne Sheppard. Same age, same influences, same timeline of recognition. I know Kenny doesn’t sing as much but give “Blue on Black”, “Aberdeen” and “The House is a Rockin “. “House” is a bit longer than the original by SRV (which I enjoy) but also has Chris Layton on drums.

Man Sebs, you have got to dive deep into Joe. Not only reacting though because the dude’s catalog is Massive! You are not going to believe what you find. SRV is still the GOAT for me but Joe is closer than any one else. I have been blessed with seeing him live 3 times and he is never short of awe inspiring. Hopefully before I die I will get to see one of the shows that he does with Beth Hart. I think I could happily give up concerts for good if I could see them together.
One of Joe’s taglines is “always on the road” and he just about is. Not only does he tour with his own show but also has 2 or 3 side projects.
The band KISS used to be the kings of merchandising but Joe blew past them years ago.
I usually can point to a favorite song or two by any artist. With Joe, I would have to give you a list of like 20 favorites.

Joe is one of the best living Blues players to walk this earth atm.....He WILL be a Legend one day some already consider him one. I will warn you though he is a huge gear head...That is probably 50K dollar Gibson. More than likely its one of Gibsons finest from thge 1950's. He is know to actually have famous gtrs from famous Blues legends like Albert Kings flying V. He is an amazing player and performer. Its never to late to start listening to the blues, he is a great place to start. And yes you need to get tickets to see him August 5th if you are able to. You will not be dissapointed if you do.

It's actually astonishing to me that people can and still do listen and enjoy performances that are from decades in the past like this one from Dire Straights. I think about growing up through high school in the late 60s and I promise you most of us were only peripherally aware of music from the 30s, who performed it, and so on.

I think Joe started to play guitar when he was around 6 years old. As a late starter to guitar, listen to it, enjoy it, but don't build your own playing expectations on people like him. Unless you're fantastically lucky and talented, your guitar playing will always disappoint you. Mine disappoints me!

Oh Sweetie, He's very good but a man called Roy Clark could play ANYTHING with strings as a master. He was a country music icon but his Malagueña is fabulous. His "Twelfth Street Rag" is a master class. He played fiddle, banjo, mandolin, 12 string guitar, electric guitar, even harmonica.

Knowing nothing about the Blues, I thought I'd watch this. I was blown away. Knowing so little, I looked in the comments for further information on this artist, and straight away realised that it was a competition, and that I'd backed a loser. Thanks for putting me straight. Oh dear. Well, Babs, I've decided to find a rock to crawl under. Preferably 70s, British and Glam. Blues is too cutthroat for me.

My son the blues is the heartbeat of rock and roll, without the blues there would be no rock and roll that's just the facts, because of the blues rock and roll was founded, and Joe is probably one of the best guitarists on this planet but because he plays the blues he doesn't get the recognition like he should get this man is incredible when it comes to picking that guitar 🎸, you need to get some of his albums and listen to some of his songs to get real understanding how good this man is alright ‼️‼️

Joe is the most laid back guy in his personal life , then he hits the stage & “ Transforms “ into his Guitar god status …. He surrounds himself with some great musicians also which doesn’t hurt . He’s come a LONG WAY since age 12 . I for one love his appearances with Norman from “ Norm’s Rare guitars “ up in L.A. here not too far from me in California. He & Norman have a true friendship that goes back a lotta years. You should check out some from TH-cam sometime. Enjoy watching others be in awe as I am . Rock on Mr. B 😎👍
