One of the best documentary I have seen on running so far. And I have seen many.
This beautiful documentary reminds me of famous quote of Haruki Murakami from his memoir "What I talk when I talk about running."
It goes like this "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional."

I am diabetic since age of 25 years and medication since then. Doctor suggested me start walking , I started walking and bored after few years. I started running from 2022 onwards . Currently 38 years old finished 5 full marathon including Ladakh full marathon and recently marathon PB of 3:55. I just love running. People often asks me why you run because I love challenges,it gives me strength, enjoyment and mental peace. ❤🏃

I happened to hit upon this video while I was looking for something related to running.
I must admit that this has been one of the most most inspiring videos that I have watched this year. It's a documentary on running. Amazing story telling, awesome cinematography, brilliant editing & more than anything, it's about ordinary people doing extraordinary stuff.
I had tears rolling on my face by the end of this short film.
This film is just not about running. It's about living.
    Inspiring! Inspiring! Inspiring!
Please take the time out to watch it. Perhaps, u'll find answers in this video for the most challenging situations u r going through in ur life.
    Simply brilliant!

I see the movie nicely covers all types of runners: results oriented runners, health oriented runners, and spirit oriented runners! I have enjoyed watching it.

Thank you 7in1! The idea for this film was first proposed by a running group in India called The India Amateurs Runners Trust. They actually gave us a huge list of runner stories! We narrowed down the list to these six runners because we felt they covered a diverse range of motivations and styles. Really glad that it resonated with you!

I was doing lot of workouts for the last 10 years ..corss fit..kick boxing ..gym ..etc..but not too much of running ..these days i started running with my other workouts ..i started with 1 mile ..slowly in a week i was doing like 3 miles in one shot ..sometime i run like 6 miles ..3 miles or 5 k is like simple now ..but i feel so good ..that its more joy or achievable feeling than my regular works outs ...this doc is so good..that professional runner just eats one egg for day...and we all have plenty of food..and we dont respect ..but just put it in our stomach ....i think if more people see this ..they change their attitude towards food ..life and respect it more

everyone has a special reason why they run. The one who had the most impact to me though is the visually impaired. a smile just crept up to my lips when he said sometimes he imagines running with a dear, sometimes a tiger or sometimes flying. The whole time I was just watching with a blank expression, then I just noticed my self smile, along with that warm fuzzy feeling in my chest. This is what documentaries should be, inspiring, firing our sleeping emotions. I may never meet the people involved in making this, but from the deepest spaces in my heart, Thank you.

A runners delight, I have just begun to run about an year ago and sometimes, I do question myself if I am crazy to be addicted to this habit. But this video reinstates the power that this habit could have on one's life ! What I loved is the fact that you picked up people from the finish lines and took us through how they started and made us walk through their journey. Such an inspirational conception and compelling execution. I relived the moments of my own runs , reminded me why I run and also look forward to many miles ahead. If a piece of art can move you, it has done its job, but this one can make you run! Thank you for this piece of work.

Awesome and a truly inspiring documentary.
All these wonderful runners, each with their own story to tell have ignited something in me that’s telling me to start running again.
Tomorrow, when the day breaks,I’m hitting the open space to feel and experience the pure undiluted joy of simply running.
I was so enthralled by the runners...I experienced tears of joy.

running is spiritual, thats a fact, I am a runner for 5 years and an orthopaedician , when a runner patient comes to me, in hospital, I become so happy as if she or he is my brother, and when runners on long distance runs, come across , I think they feel something special, thats the same joy and suffer

When i run i just love the waving scenario of nature,, tree's hills....birds ..i feel like I'm flying.... People use to say .. look this man guy... Running all the time ... Some people ask me that am i trying for army?... When i said no... They ask then why are you running.... I replied them "" i have nothing to do... That's why I run.. i never get good shoes...either i run...when im watching this video... Tears down ... I can't live without running..... My dream is more than marathon.... I found my self... I live सात्विक lifestyle... I eat only farm product... Veg fruits, leafs and grains,,, no tea no milk no factory product, eating only when sun is up... No bed..no pillow, no tv, not any kind of cosmetic even toothpest....no fast food...
