How to Fill in a NEWS Chart | OSCE Revision

This video shows how I calculate and record the National Early Warning Score (NEWS) of a patient. This will help assess if a patient is deteriorating and needs help. The one comment I would give you is, it's 12hr for a score of 0 if it's a 1-4 score then you give them 4-6 hours and so on... overall nice video summarises pretty well.

Hi! You've filled in the date and time wrong, it's supposed to be filled in like a Kardex, not with one number per box
