The main "tell" about all these people not really existing is every time there is food or drinks in a scene, Danny is the only one consuming it or there is only one meal / drink for him to share with the others. This has been the most consistent theme I see with the characters in his head.
I think you could tell Jack was fake from the get-go by the reception lady who didn't acknowledge him even standing there when they first met, or in the bar where the guys at the table next to Danny kept looking toward him oddly like he was talking to himself
@@mihaelforko3459 He may have appeared as his "Jack" self in that interview but it's just Danny, maybe from his point of view as this alter and what the appearance would be, and she's playing along with the characters similar to any other movie or show we've ever seen where the psychologist is interacting with a patient like this

The story is based on the real life case of Billy Milligan who did have or supposed to have had many personalities and was the first case in court involving DID and he was exonerated.
Notice when the bullies was chasing Danny and was beating him up they all of a sudden got spooked and ran off calling Danny a freak at that time yitzach stopped his bullies but the bullies just saw Danny and called him a freak also when Danny went to get a gun of that guy he ran away from then went to his house trying to hunt Danny down the bloke said to Danny you broke my fucking nose and when anabellle stayed over he woke her up and put her in the closet notice when Ariana was calling Danny when yitsach was suppose to be hitting the bloke that broke in and she got freaked out by Danny and ran off cause all she saw was Danny changing personalities
i don't get how annabelle could be real though because of the scene were she was kissing ariana and then afterwards told danny that he could've kissed her too
@@voiqsune he said that afterwards, i can't remember if it was the day after or just the next scene but when ariana and annabelle were kissing, Annabelle asked danny to join in and then later on she said something along the lines of "you couldve kissed me too you know"
I think Yitzack, Ariana, Mike, Jonny, and Jack are made up. It seems Danny has combined Dissociative Identity Disorder and Schizophrenia (extremely rare if at all real in real life) based on the fact that Danny interacts with these other characters and yet they seem to “take over” Danny’s body such as when Ariana was at the club in episode 2. He blacks out a lot but somehow knows what the other characters are doing when he’s not around as he tells Rya. I also think he may have an identity that is a serial killer that we haven’t met yet.

I don’t think anyone Danny drew in his notebook is real. I don’t think Adam is real either … all of his friends in Highschool, and I don’t think he ever had a dad. If you listen to the subtle hints, seems like he never existed

This is loosely based on real story, Milligan, who was first tried case of person with DID in US.
What about the scene where Ariana hooks up with Annabelle? Do we think that Ariana is an alter?
Obviously every one of these characters that he is friends with is fake. That was clear from the first 5 minutes of the show.

Arianna is definitely fake because when he gets nervous or upset, he scratches his wrist just like ari does in one of the episodes.

the opening scene where he pulls out a fat wad of cash he flew with in his pocket brought me back to the days of NO T.S.A.

I also think he never went to London. In the first episode he went straight out to the police and he never had a passport
Also when the therapist is going through his house, you see a note to DannyBoy which is what Jack called him in “London”

def it's not worth to watch it. so damn boring. ıt was way below my expectations. I think i'll have a break watching series.
